First I want to say that the drivers are cool and very nice. The 2 star rating isn’t because of them. For the drivers I would give 5 star. For dispatch I would give 2 stars. I live in Glendale and I work on the East side. That ride is 15 minutes. Yet dispatch will have the drivers go all the way to the south side and then drive north (past where they could drop me off in Glendale) and then go way west when I would have been closer to drop off than that other rider. And Mike completely lacks customers service skills. He will hang up on you before you finish speaking, he will cut you off and not let you finish your quick sentence and he lacks any sense of politeness. He needs to just stay as the dispatcher for the drivers but leave someone else that is far more qualified than him to answer the phones for the customers. No service skills what so ever. Very short, rude and full of attitude. Plus the unorganized ride set up of drop offs and pick ups. Passing up peoples houses. Them not understanding Milwaukee and which rider is closer than another rider and to do it in that order. Again love the drivers and I’m grateful for them since I’m visually impaired. But dispatch needs to be more organized and not have people sitting on the van for god knows how long. I know this is a ride sharing and it takes time but a 15 minute drive with one other person shouldn’t take an hour and a half.Second. Some of the people they have working the phones seem like they’ve never heard of interpersonal skills or customer service. If you know you’re one of the nice ones this wouldn’t apply to you. I’ll call out Latisha Scott. I had a genuine concern about one of their drivers, but yet the whole time she showed no empathy, only loudness, annoyance, sarcasm, and lack of communication skills. Remember girl, it’s not the words you say, it’s how you say it. Be more professional and courteous. You’re an embarrassment to professionalism. Have fun being angry and cold. I’ll be happy and care free and kind to people on the phone. I was nice to you. But you acted like me calling with a concern asking you to do your job was bothering you. Transit could find better and they need to.

Takes forever to get home they need to do better with there pick up routes shouldn’t have to ride all over Milwaukee before being dropped off. Ridiculous it takes over 2 hours for me to get home.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. They are never on time and when you call they give you the run around as to not tell you when a ride will arrive. I’ve had multiple experiences of waiting 2+ hours past a scheduled pick up time for a ride to arrive. If I wasn’t forced to use them due to extenuating circumstances I never would. The drivers are all nice people but the company is terribly run and they are never on time or giving correct updates, making customers wait hours to get home. I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible

If it was possible to give a "no star" rating I would, the customer service staff is truly the rudest people I've ever professionally have come in contact with.
