Spoke with a manager named Heather at 27th (Holt Location) and she managed to save me as a customer, I've been one since 1995 too. A small mistake (misunderstanding) on my part was corrected easily by her. She also gave me good advice about their services and my current account. Thank you Heather for making a believer out of me!!

My rent was due today so as I begin to get the money together to pay my rent . I noticed my account was missing 40 dollars. So I call bank and ask what’s going on … the lady was rude almost as if I was offending her for being curious about my money…lord behold they charge you for not using their atm … I was like why all the sudden now ? You guys never did this before. Upon looking at my statements and seeing this amount never taken before the lady had no substantial reasoning to why this happened now … I felt totally robbed but thankfully I have extra money on another account these wolves can’t get to .. horrible bank and they offer no good services…

We have banked at TriCity for years but have never been to this branch as we live in Oak Creek. Due to a forgery problem at this location, we needed to go there. We worked with Ciara, the bank manager, & got EXCEPTIONAL service. She was kind, thorough, patient, compassionate, sympathetic, & made a horrible situation bearable. She spent a lot of time suggesting alternate ways to pay our bills vs mailing checks out. Thanks to the teller who suspected a forgery, she didn’t cash the check, & immediately went to Ciara with her concerns. Linda & Walt

Horrible bank I recommend anyone with a intelligent mind that truly wants to preserve their wealth and have their money handled with care to never use this bank. I have banked with Tri City since September. They offfer no good services on their apps and most of their locations or atms are far from where I live … they charge you 38 dollars if you don’t use their ATM . Their is pay day loan advances, secure line of credit, or any true services to make this bank appealing.. also they way the lady talk to me and my husband when we had genuine questions about why money is being taking from our account unnoticed and she as if it was our fault . I’m 33 weeks pregnant and this was very disappointing to hear. They didn’t disclose this information upon opening this account.. they initially left me in the dark on this matter… i would recommend anyone to chose a better bank

Horrible banking experience. I was deeply questioning whether I chose a good bank for months and asoon as March 1st hit i realized this bank really charges you for having their services. They charge you 38 dollars in you don’t use their atm. At the south 27 location I came here one time & their was no atm outside. And I was told told go to pick n save. It’s ridiculous that deplorably feel it’s ok for me to drive across town to use their atm & if you don’t you get charged. It’s like a lose lose situation and when it comes to your money who wants to lose …. I can jus use local atm . It has to specifically be one of theirs. I never heard a bank charge 40 dollars for not using their specific atm … i wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone….

Horrible experience, the employees (costumer service) don’t wanna do their job when you call for help, they didn’t order my card when I asked them for a replacement, I was told that in two weeks I’d receive it in the mail. I waited and never received it, instead they left me with a non working card, I couldn’t get money from the atm for a whole month, neither pay my bills online, then called again to ask them if I should wait longer for the card and I was told they never ordered it. The manager wasn’t helpful, she told me to wait another two weeks for a new card and just to stop using the card I have. I got declined so many times because they put a block on my card, the expiration date changed since I had to wait for the new one. I’m deciding to report this because they kept giving me excuses and never solved the issue since day 1 when I called. My bills got paid late and had to waste a lot of time getting declined at different stores while calling this location because the issue wasn’t being resolved. It was a painful experience at this location. It seemed like the staff didn’t want to help, they just kept avoiding the issue.
