I just ordered agapanthus bulbs and with 2 coupons it came to $116 total as I bought them, with free shipping (?), but so far I haven't received an order confirmation and also PayPal said I had been dinged for $131.97!!! Appears VERY deceptive! The bulbs had better turn up and be viable!
