I went on Friday and there were 2 males on their phones. Noneone greeted me, seem like they were taking turns or didn't want to be there. That was around 4:30pm on 6/18/21 for pickup. For drop off it was a whole new experience it was on 6/19/21 around 8:00am. I was greeted, the guy was very professional and had great customer service skills.

worst u-haul I've ever been to. I've used them twice both times they didn't know I had a reservation. they sold the truck I wanted to rent so I had to settle for a different 1. poor customer service on top of that made for the worst u-haul I've ever been to

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. Ive waited for over a week for someone to get back to me on a refund. I actually had to pay to take their truck to a shop to get it fixed and one of the customer service reps told me and I quote "you won't get any money back we'll give you 50$ in gift certificates and thats all." dont use this company
