Employees are friendly but the trucks are old and not very clean inside.The inside of the cab we rented smelled like an old ashtray and there was a thick nicotine film on the windows.The scent was so strong, it lingered on our clothes and we do not smoke.That needs to be addressed because some people are allergic to cigarettes.

Fantastic customer service, including hitching the trailer to my car, switching up the electrical cords to see why the lights weren’t working (ultimately problem with the car’s hitch), and quickly setting us up with a small truck. The whole proceeds end to end was great, including reservations and drop off.

AS I CAME IN THE STORE PUZZLED, ASM NIA WAS GREAT AT ASSISTING ME WITH THE RIGHT RENTAL AND VERY INFORMATIVE WHEN IT COMES TO WHAT THEY OFFER THANKS AGAIN SHE DESERVES TO BE A STORE MANGER VERY POLITE AND MANNERFUL SHE JOY TO BE AROUND VERY WARMING ENVIRONMENT

I would like to share my rude and horrible experience at this location! It will be my first and last time going there. My little nephew and I went in on 10/2/2022 around 9am-11:30am for a propane refill. I waited by the refill station and rung the bell as instructed on the sign. I rung the bell about 3-4 times over a period of 15 mins waiting outside for help. I decided to go inside and ask for help and saw 2 workers (a man and a woman) behind the register helping the line (there were less than 6 people waiting in line). As I was inside and waiting in line, my nephew rung the bell about 2 more times. The male worker became irritated and starting "talking out loud" about how annoying we were being ringing the bell. He stepped away from the counter, step outside the door and yelled out to my nephew to stop ringing the bell. So I said, "I've been waiting over 15 mins for help, when can someone be available to help me?" The male worker shouted "we're short staffed and need to finish the line first." So I told him the line will not stop as people are coming in and out. I told him can I wait in line and when it's my turn someone can stepped away from the line to help me. He yelled at me and said " no! we'll get to you when we get to you." He was still shouting and mumbling words so I just walked away. Please train your staff to better handle situations when under pressure and short staffed. The way he spoke to me is unprofessional, unacceptable and should be reprimanded.

Like one of the review mentioned, get ready to wait. Customer service is extremely slow; not sure what the reason is as the line is minimal. Additionally, staff are extremely unprofessional and appear to be on their phone most time.

I had a reservation for a pickup and a trailer. I had called to talk about the reservation and nothing was brought up. I showed up and the equipment was available, but they did not let me take it because they don’t allow truck and util trailers to be rented at the same time.

Samuel installed my hitch and he was terrific. Extremely thorough and attentive and clearly wanted the best for his customer. The manager, Joseph, was pleasant and professional and so was his staff. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because of U-Haul corporation itself. Very corporate and impersonal, hard to talk to a real person when you call, not great customer service when you do finally get a hold of someone, and when I arrived at the store they didn’t have record of my order (which was all processed electronically, not with a human being). Fortunately Samuel was able to take care of me and they had the supplies needed on hand. I’d really give it more like a 4.5 star review, as the physical location/store positives outweighed the larger company negatives.

NO QUALMS HERE!!!My experience with this location has been STELLAR! I was very VERY shocked read any bad reviews. I then looked closer and noticed that the bad reviews were based on years ago and evidently a whole different crew.

I see the reviews are hit or miss here, but I had a great experience. The staff and manager (Joe) were all kind, helpful, and happy to help. I rented a trailer for the afternoon and they first checked if I accepted it's condition, hooked it up to the hitch for me, and unhooked it all when I returned. Couldn't have been easier.

The gentleman older African American male was super rude to me and my husband. Not a race issue I’m black myself but this guy told us that we are dramatic because we wanted another truck, the truck he gave use had low thread on the passenger tire and the tire was deflating. I usually always go to this location and always use U-Haul but after this interaction with this gentleman I will ever come back. I can say The manager was nice and gave us another truck. I just didn’t understand why we had to go through the song and dance for another truck. It’s my safety and we deserved better customer service.I was so disappointed.

What a bunch Lazy employees who work here. Im surprised They Don't even know their managers name, Or their market company managers name. I used to work at uhaul and I wasn't even as lazy as these uhaul employees.
