Staff who work here are very unfriendly, rude, and provide inconsistent assistance/advice on how to complete bank paperwork. I understand that it takes time to be accurate with customers money, but this is the slowest, most pokey bank I've very been too. I will go out of my way to bank at another location.

I'm not the best with money. I won't pretend to be. US Bank has to be the worse bank I have ever had money at and I have had an account for years! Literally, don't use their app or the website or their phone line. The banker at the S Howell store says everything should be written down in a register because even though there app, website and phone line are in real time, things are actually processed all night. How is this bank customer friendly at all??? Please, join another bank if you have the choice!!! And don't talk to the bank manager, Kevin, I think. He will tell you he understands where you're coming from like most bankers when he really doesn't care at all!

I refinanced with Tabatha De Leon at US Bank. Great experience. a little bit of back and forth to get all the paperwork, but I expected more paperwork this time around. I was vary happy with her service and the way she kept in contact with me.

Do Not Use Us Bank! DO NOT use contact Tabatha De Leon, Pedeo Beascocea, or Kathy Gentry. We had a horrible experience with getting a mortgage loan. LONG story short-NO reason has been given to us as to why the loan officer- Tabatha De Leon said that we are good to go forward with the loan but then we were denied at underwriting. Please contact me and I will tell you the whole story!
