Just the nicest people that work there. They work hard to get your size, make suggestions and are always pleasant.
The staff go out of their way to order sizes that aren’t available and offer shipping. The store is busy most times I am in and they manage to help everyone. Great customer service and terrific product.
The Wrinkle free shirts are the nicest I’ve owned.

Stopped in recently. Sophia was a exceptionally helpful and kind. She helped me pick out what I needed, and also had an out of stock item mailed to me, which I received super fast. She and a colleague were also kind enough to steam my shirts so I could wear them right away. The service was top notch and I will definitely be going back soon.

I've scrolled past UNTUCKit ads on social media platforms and was always curious. While out downtown one weekend I stumbled upon this brick & mortar store in the 3rd Ward (which I didn't know existed). I ended up purchasing two pairs of the Travels shorts. I just purchased the wrinkle free short sleeved Petrus shirt & Khaki Travel pants. This has become my new favorite store. The staff are welcoming & professional. I love the quality of the clothing, the look of the store, the professional atmosphere - 5 stars!

Staff was nice, shirt is cool, 20% discount on your first purchase.Location is really nice but the area is kinda busy during store hours, so getting there can be a little annoying. More of a result of poor city planning though.Do recommend.

Wonderful experience! I have wanted to check it out for some time, but I don't shop like I used to; I have gravitated to online shopping but today changed my mind; albeit somewhat. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful answering all of my questions. I am going back! The shirts were a little snug on me. I guess I haven't arrived at my desired weight through my loss effort but I will. This store is a must for your closet!

Good location and very clean inside. If you've never been here, you first want to figure out your size because their sizing is different than normal. Otherwise the store is filled with shirts to choose from, just pick one out and they'll go get your size from the back.Now for my rating. It's low and the reason for that is because I came in and paid $20 extra to get an overnight delivery on a shirt I wanted for engagement pictures only for it to come four days later and after our shoot. They gave the extra charge back, but I was very disappointed. I also think the shirts are a little overpriced if I'm being honest.

Went to UNTUCKit earlier today. I was nervous because I'm a 5'9" 260 pound guy and some clothing stores I've visited either don't have clothes that fit me at all or make it obvious that they just don't care to help a larger guy find fashionable clothes. I was pleasantly surprised that they clothes that fit and the salesperson, Gretchen, was super helpful and made me feel welcome. I ended up purchasing several shirts and will definitely be back.

Love the selection at this location. They also store your size and measurements for easy access when trying on new clothes or for ordering. Kelsey (sorry for wrong spelling) was soooo nice and helpful. Love that they could send stuff to my house with such ease and low inconvenience and stress.
