It is rare to find a BMW service shop with this type of honesty and integrity. Matt does a phenomenal job of explaining the issue while not being to technical about it. If you have a BMW in need of any type of service, Urban Motorworx is by far the best place to go.

I won’t take my Mini anywhere else. It took him 10 minutes to diagnose a problem that another mechanic spent a day trying to figure out. And he showed me how to do some preventative maintenance myself, saving $ in the long run!
