knowledgeable staff and great problem-solving every time I come in.
Clean and comfortable branch. It may be a short wait time as online banking has taken over many of the routine tasks, but when needed, they can go the extra mile for you.
Update 3/25/2025: It is very difficult to reach a human using their complicated voice mail tree to ask a simple question about the availability of withdrawing money in pesos for travel.

Angelica Rueda was great she made the entire environment so nice & she has the best customer service I've ever seen she's so polite very considerate & she's understanding I highly recommend her if you want the best experience with banking.

This branch has been ran terribly for over a decade now. Very slow customer service, minimal staff, and today they refused to serve me because I didn't have an I.D. I guess the staff here have not been trained to look up account information on this new thing called a computer. I give them an extra star for being dog friendly.

Heed the other warnings Alyssa Wilson the branch manager is not pleasant and Mis informed. Attempted to get a roll of quarters (like i do monthly) and was told no bc I don’t have an account. I called the customer service number and verified with their manager that there is no policy against that. Called other branches and was also told the same thing that i could exchange the currency . When i called back and spoke directly to Alyssa she was very aggressive when i told her i didn’t have a good customer experience and was told everyone else doesn’t know policy . 10/10 would NOT recommend and corporate should do some training with that branch since there are obviously major issues in management.

For some reason, they don’t care about their customers at this branch. It only has one teller working at all times. Don’t even bother using the drive thru window. Extremely rude workers there at all times. Going here makes me want to take all my money out and open a different account with another bank. I hate going here.

I have several clients who give me checks from this bank, I have a company and they have seen me changing checks several times and each time the experience is worse. They are rude every time I go. They treat you like you're a criminal. And if you ask something he just answers with arrogance. Horrible experience. With people like that they should close.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I try to avoid going to branches aside from deposits as much as possible but thats hard to do when said bank has your debit card in their possession. Nobody wears a name tag at this location so its unknown who you’re speaking to or dealing with. Asked to speak to a manager in order to retrieve my belongings after asking and waiting for them in the drive thru almost 15mins, was met with aggression and ignorance and still not given my debit card. 0/10 I do not recommend.
