For some reason, they don’t care about their customers at this branch. It only has one teller working at all times. Don’t even bother using the drive thru window. Extremely rude workers there at all times. Going here makes me want to take all my money out and open a different account with another bank. I hate going here.

I have several clients who give me checks from this bank, I have a company and they have seen me changing checks several times and each time the experience is worse. They are rude every time I go. They treat you like you're a criminal. And if you ask something he just answers with arrogance. Horrible experience. With people like that they should close.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I try to avoid going to branches aside from deposits as much as possible but thats hard to do when said bank has your debit card in their possession. Nobody wears a name tag at this location so its unknown who you’re speaking to or dealing with. Asked to speak to a manager in order to retrieve my belongings after asking and waiting for them in the drive thru almost 15mins, was met with aggression and ignorance and still not given my debit card. 0/10 I do not recommend.

I came in with a few different questions. Barely waited and got a great bank teller who helped me look at credit cards, deposit money, and get a new card. It was quick and efficient. Great bank visit

Don’t go to this US Bank. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only one other car in the other lane. I watched as 3 women just talked as I was waiting for any kind of help. Ended up having my money sent back out so I could go thru the ATM, but lo and behold that wasn’t working. This branch is a terrible reflection of US bank and they should either be shut down or get some actual helpful workers.

US Bank, where customer service and extremely long wait times go to die. I'm changing banks this is ridiculous. Shame on you US Bank for putting your staff last and putting pressure on teams to properly put their efforts to customer service. I used to be a fan, but the branch on North Ave in Milwaukee can now rot.

Beware of doing business with US Bank! I was authorized on 2 silver non-profit community organization checking accounts from 2018-2020 as an officer and still had access to them online for transfers & full account views almost 2 years after I was removed. Our organization spent 15 hours over 2019-2020 removing me in person at lobby branches, online, and with all forms of documentation requested by US Bank for successor officers of our entity to replace my access to funds, but still the connection persisted. I opened my own account in Dec. 2021 in hopes it would allow an easier time to purge my info. from those old accounts, but our organization's new officer actually had his email registered to my newly created personal account, so information was moving both ways between the 2 entity & my own personal accounts after being severed several times over the last 2+ years. No internal resolution is possible within any of the 5 US Bank departments I contacted & spent over 11 hours communicating with since Dec 2021. You must go externally to complain to the regulators at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency who regulate US Bank to make any progress. Was assaulted at the ATM on the E side of the lobby building when depositing cash-no helpful response from teller staff when I told them-they said "We have no security here". Be careful around this ATM. Also promised a new account bonus in December 2021 that never arrived. Hours of follow-up later, no payment as was promised. Work with a local credit union or bank that has a customer service culture-you've been warned!

Too bad, they lost so many great help and particularly lost a tremendous asset and vital part of their team when their one worker covered the ENTIRE branches duties and responsibilities. Often, when I get inside the branch here, I will ALWAYS see him covering his teammates whom were busy doing "something", even if it he was returning from lunch from the looks of it (headphones in ears and lunch bag), he'd set up shop rather quickly and quickly the line of customer rapidly vanishes with smiles and empathy displayed, countless of times.Too bad, I always thought he was the manager but when he left, everybody started leaving. How remarkable is that to caused an effect?!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a bank.I very recently moved to Milwaukee from out of state. I have been struggling to get my ID here, because of trying to find all the many necessary documents (before I moved, I had the misfortune to have my wallet stolen). I only had my passport. For this reason, I specifically called the bank to ask them if only my passport would be sufficient to open an account. I would have understood if they told me no, but I was assured that my passport would suffice. So relieved, I went in to the branch and opened my account. While I was there, I deposited $1,000 cash into the new account. I was going to use this account to buy a few pieces of furniture for my new apartment.Fast forward about a week; I receive an email from Lisa in the fraud department. The email honestly looked like a scam to me at first, asking me to email documents with my social security number on it.I ended out getting in touch with Lisa who informed me that in order for my account that was ALREADY OPEN to "be approved", I would need to email her a copy of my driver's license and social security card.I informed her that I'd already contacted the bank before opening the account regarding necessary documentation, and that I'd been informed my passport would be sufficient. She told me that I was misinformed, and she put a hold on my account. So I found that my money ($416 was still in the account) was suddenly being held hostage by the bank, and there was no way for me to get her the documents that she wanted because I didn't have them.I called the bank and asked them to just close my account and give me my money back, and they told me that they could only do that if I physically go in to the branch, and then once there, call Lisa, who would email the banker instructions on how to unfreeze my account and then give me a cashier's check (yeah, I guess they can't just give back the cash I'd deposited).I work full time, and the bank has such limited hours that it took nearly a month to make an appointment to go in to the bank. Once there, they were quick about closing the account, so at least that is one positive. However, there was no apology whatsoever or explanation for why I was lied to when I had initially contacted them regarding necessary documentation. Now I am realizing that practically no place in the entire city of Milwaukee will cash cashier's checks. In order to get the money back that the bank held hostage, I will need to pay an outrageous $16 fee at the Western Union. This was beyond a terrible experience, and I can confidently say that there are unethical criminals working for this bank. They have no qualms about blatantly lying to clients, and holding another person's money hostage to cover their own mistakes. It is clear to me that the lady who opened my account, Terrica, broke company policy by using only my passport (not my problem, as I was informed this would be sufficient), and then to cover her mistake, she made me out as the criminal who has supposedly committing fraud, hence being contacted by the fraud department.Do not go here, do not use this bank. Who knows what other criminal activities they will commit against other clients. If I could give this place negative 1000 stars, I would.

They just need more people for drive up services.
