Nicole schedule an appointment with me at noon and I was running 10 minutes behind. When I got there she was in a meeting. What a way to treat your customers. You can at least give your customers a 15 minute increments.

Understaffed waited entirely too long to make a withdrawal. Only 2 tellers and about 20-30 people in line!!

Not enough staff. I should always wait for a long time to meet a banker. I also don't like the area and loud customers.

I have been to many US banks across the country always love my experiences at them until I came to this one the people here are quite rude and arrogant can have a lot more of a corporate feel to them please avoid using this US bank there are plenty of others around

I am embarrassed to be a US Bank customer after coming here, it is run down and dirty. Least helpful branch ever, because staff are not qualified at the upper levels for banking business. Not there fault of course.
