Update: My Demand for arbitration has been refused by means of no response in over two months, refusal to return my funds, refusal to take the late payments noted on my credit card account as i was told it would be paid off from said funds, refusal to investigate a deposit claim, refusal to connect me with anyone that is willing to aide. I am now receiving phone calls from US bank 3-4 times a day, I answer, no one will say anything then they hang up. This is nuts guys absolutely insane.
Does anyone know a lawyer that would take on this case? All I'm getting is small town lawyers who are not as skilled(?) or scared(?) to take on a big bank.
The 2nd day of February my debit card is declined. I called the 800# and they said your accounts are being closed, you will receive a check for the balance of your accounts. That was it they wouldn’t tell me why the accounts (4) were being closed but that a letter would be mailed. The letter that came didn’t say anything either. Mind you, all of my money was in those accounts, they wouldn’t let me have access to them. I couldn’t pay my bills. I called and called, each time getting the run around when I would get my money because they did this to me, they’ve ruined my life, it’s almost three months now and they are refusing to close the account oh yes, but will not give me my money. Thanks so much US bank, you took away my life, cant explain why and still wont give me my money. I talk to a lawyer on Monday if anyway sees this and knows a good lawyer please let me know. Do not bank here!
Update: US bank is now saying I do not nor have I ever had an account with them. So, now I actually have to sue the bank to get my money back. This is just wild.
Update: I talk to 18 different people across the US banking system today. I went ahead and filed a police report as they have technically stolen my money whomever wants to laugh at that can but they took it and won’t give it back. When I told the branch manager this today, all of the sudden she was able to contact the district manager and this whole things is over the money being deposited into my account….. they need proof that it was from my business which is easy to provide If I am able to sue to them for millions or billions I will make sure this “bank” never has an opportunity to take away someone’s money again just for the hell of it. Please, do not put your money here!
Update: police cant do anything, good to know and lucky for Yolanda, the bank “manager” that can't do anything. Although, I did come across information, not from me and from an unnamed source that they are opening accounts at least at this location without properly identifying individuals. There are hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash deposits from unknown sources. I have subbmittd a tip to the appropriate agencies. This place is a rabbit hole, I'm interested to find out what else I uncover. This is a great example of what can go wrong when highly under qualified individuals are in charge of adulting.
Update: U.S. bank won’t respond to my demand for arbitration. These people are really sick. Please, pull your money out, you don’t know when they might decide to take it and ruine your credit.
Update: US bank isn’t responding to any request other than the claims department sent me a letter that said they couldn’t do an investigation because they didn’t have enough information, are you kidding me. These people are the lowest scum bags I’ve ever had to deal with, filthy. Do not bank here.

This place is terrible. No drive up ATM, slow service. 5 stars for visibility among what I can only assume are fake reviews.

One of the worst us bank branches I been to it. First it’s so unclean, the bankers are so lazy and slow. The line is always super long, it’s ridiculous

The manager in this branch is lazy. I needed help with one of my accounts she sat in the phone for 10 minutes explaining how she couldn't help me with a 2 minute interaction while she sat in the office with another employee talking. It was very clear she didn't know how to help me with what I needed she didn't even know what was type of account I had.

This is for drive-thru services. The tellers are very friendly but this is such a slow drive-thru. I can sit there 15 minutes and not one car has moved. It’s frustrating. Get more help. 3 lanes and 2 tellers. Avoid this place if possible

In this bank they have the worst customer service, today I went to withdraw money and just asking for change they asked me too many questions, that why I needed it and where I would spend it, stupid questions and I would definitely not return to this bank ever. Please do NOT become a manager and not know how to properly speak to people.
