The manager in this branch is lazy. I needed help with one of my accounts she sat in the phone for 10 minutes explaining how she couldn't help me with a 2 minute interaction while she sat in the office with another employee talking. It was very clear she didn't know how to help me with what I needed she didn't even know what was type of account I had.

This is for drive-thru services. The tellers are very friendly but this is such a slow drive-thru. I can sit there 15 minutes and not one car has moved. It’s frustrating. Get more help. 3 lanes and 2 tellers. Avoid this place if possible

In this bank they have the worst customer service, today I went to withdraw money and just asking for change they asked me too many questions, that why I needed it and where I would spend it, stupid questions and I would definitely not return to this bank ever. Please do NOT become a manager and not know how to properly speak to people.

I'd stopped into this branch as I'd been running errands in the area. The teller; Maricela Sanchez was amazing. Very professional and courteous. A definite asset to that branch!

Because I don't have a bank with them they couldn't cash my check even though the US Bank is the one that wrote the check because apparently they're running low on money how can a bank run low on money

Lobby employees are friendly and helpful but I do most of my transactions by ATM. This is the slowest ATM I've ever used, and is often empty and unable to dispense money by early evening on days they're closed. (Sundays and bank holidays)
