A customer in a wheelchair was treated inappropriately by the staff. Despite waiting for over ten minutes, she was ignored and shown no compassion. As a result, I will not be visiting this location again.

Branch website said they closed at 2 pm on Saturday, I arrived a little after 1 to the gate closed, but customers inside. I assumed the gate was just a security measure if there was only one banker was working. After a bit of a wait, more customers arrived and finally asked the bankers if they were seeing more customers. The banker Indicated no and that they close the gate at 1 because they had appointments and wouldn’t be able to take any more customers. There is no signage that indicates early closure. The bankers tried not to acknowledge people waiting and even turned out the lights before telling us they were closed. It was a bad customer experience when I had an urgent payment to make. I’m would’ve appreciated some acknowledgment and just a heads up that they were no longer seeing customers. It was just a total inconvenience when I could’ve tried another location.

Closed at 1pm sat there and said it’s only 2 of them literally turned us around that was sitting there waiting for a hour just to let the gate down and turn the lights off how unprofessional with customers in there

I absolutely love this branch and the ladies that work here. I've been with this bank since I moved to Milwaukee almost 4 years ago and they have been nothing but nice. If I have questions, they explain it to me. My kids absolutely love the ladies here as well.

They closed early today. I rushed to this branch because I needed cash. Their ATM doesn't dispense cash today, "but you can do everything else."What else do we need an ATM for, really?

Worst customer service, there's a line of over 10 people and only one teller is assisting customers.Now both went into the back and nobody is helping customers. This is so unprofessional and rude

Although US Bank has good reputation some of the employees specially here at this small branch located inside Walmart the tellers were not very friendly when I asked information about opening a checking account with them they even made a face because I asked information. I got kind of discouraged in banking with them she doubted of the info she was providing kind of going thru her mind to remember the account products I can be offered. Wanted to open account but didn’t get a good experience with the lady today august 16 at 12 pm imagine if I was a mystery shopper testing her knowledge she would get a 60 for not knowing all her products

Customer service now a days is shameful. If you're going to have posted hours, honor them. I had to go to this branch all the way across town, due to having to working late on a Saturday. 2:54p I walked in, gate down and lights off with bank employees counting money. Simply asked, did you guys close early? "Yep, we're closed." I get you want to go home on a Saturday. Have your employees shifts later than banks posted hours so they don't rush to get out of there. I can go to the two other branches I use 6min AFTER posted hours and they'll help me. I'm sorry but 6 minutes of your time to stay and work is worth it, now I write a bad review seen by thousands of people, spread the word to the other businesses&people I know and as others have stated - start looking for a different bank who values customer service and has employees who aren't just there for a paycheck. Judging by the other reviews, it's time for the regional bank manager or possibly even someone higher to make some changes. I gave 2 stars because I understand 6 minutes to some might be petty, but I worked 64 hours this week and didn't have time to go to the bank. I make it to the bank in time and they closed early and weren't very nice about it. Now I've wasted an hour, got irritated with the situation and wasted time writing this review - which I never do. Partly my fault for not getting here earlier, but I don't get to leave work early. I recommend the US Bank on North Ave(52nd).
