I go to this location at a minimum of 4 days a week. Nelson is always at the drive up window. There have been times when the lines were long and he was the only one there but he always greeted with a smile, asked how I am doing and was thankful at the end of the transaction. I feel that Nelson is very professional and provides exceptional customer service.

I had a great experience at the U.S. Bank on 52nd and North. I was once victim of theft via multiple illegal and unauthorized uses of my bank account...In reaching out to bankers for help to get this situation resolved, I was met with extreme tones of disgust. I kept pushing on and God led me to Ms Joann Jordan. This dear lovely woman helped me get to the point where I now have a pathway back into banking. In addition, I shared a sample of my future moves and why I need the access to banking, The result was a Pledge of assistance both her personal and professional time to help THE FOUNDATION gather a solid footing. Yall if you are having finance issue in the realm of banking or your bank just sucks you should call her. She is educating "THE URBAN MINDS" on money matters of the bank. Go see Joann Jordan. I don't know why any transaction takes as long as it does here. A simple deposit in the drive thru takes 10 min even when there is nobody else there. Nobody is friendly ever. I don't know but maybe its the lack of good management that results in a lack of customer service.

US Bank holds our mortgage. We had to file an insurance claim so we had to notify US Bank. I called this location dozens of times during business hours. No one ever picked up the phone. I got a recording that says sorry were not able to personally answer your call right now but visit us online. I already why is online. I could not find information I needed, nor could I find a local branch that would answer their phone. I ended up calling the one 800 customer service number. Not happy at all with US Bank.

I was helped by a gentleman named Mr. Rogers recently. He could not have been more kind and helpful! I appreciate his patience as I had three young children with me and he was very accommodating.
