Drive thru needs to learn how to multitask.Frustrating when you ask for the forms to fill out but they can’t send it because they are “helping another customer” I thought that’s the point of multiple lanes.Go inside.

Out of all the branches that I've been to in this country. US from Colorado to Florida to Chicago to Iron Mountain, Michigan Madison Wisconsin. I have never had an issue but with this branch. I don't sign the back of my credit cards because of an issue. I had in the past but every time I go in there to transfer money off of one account on a bank card to them. To my account they deny me because I didn't sign the back of my card. That is my right not too so I don't go there. That's third time. That's happened i've reported them to corporate office

Your employee Ms. Dakisha Delaney helped me get a loan for 3,000.00 for a car, but she didn't help me, because I have been banking at U.s. bank my whole life, plus I have a 700 credit score, so I do not understand why I didn't get it. Also I ask her to reset my password on my app, and she was no help with that. This other U.s. bank helped me reset my password right away. We arrived at 2:50p.m.,with her looking at us, but she already knew I had appointment at 3p.m. with her, to get my son Alexander's birth certificate paper notorized, and she just made us wait, and didn't questioned us, finally questioned her, then she waited on us, never told my husband where to sign, so that got messed up, and it took like another 3 hours to correct that mistake, by going back to the hospital to get additional copies of the papers, then i went to a different u.s. bank to get notorized,thankfully they were able to do it that day, then to the post office to mail it.

I called and I explained my situation I need copies of my checks for court the lady put me on hold I'll be right back she said and then she hung up on me I called back immediately and it said they're overwhelmed with calls so I tried for 2 hours I fully believe she just hung up on me because she didn't want to do it the situation very lazy very unprofessional I am leaving this Bank and if I could give you a zero I definitely would you're worthless

If I could give 0 stars I would. All I wanted to do was change the name on my account to my married name. Easy enough. I checked to see what I needed, site was unclear, but figured since I have my new government issued ID, all would be good! Nope, the lady behind the counter needs to see the marriage licence. WHY? Not her business. I could have changed it for other reason, none of which are their business. Government ID should be enough as they used all the legal paperwork to change my name on my ID. Mind you I waited 45 mins for them to turn me away. So I go back in on Monday to get my name changed. Now there are 4 people working and no customers and none of which can help. I told her if I have to come back I'm pulling all my money out. Looks like that's what I'm doing. I have another account through a credit union and they gladly took my ID, changed my name, gave me a new card, and all within 15 mins! BYE US Bank!

The Branch Employees here are unknowledgeable. I asked the teller questions regarding the ATM and she couldn't answer them while rudely rushing me off the dt lane, she didn't even say Thank You #basicmanners. One of the bankers incorrectly answered questions regarding an IRA and another banker lied about a stop payment. This branch is bad news. Please rehire a whole new staff or close the branch down. Thank you

Worked on several occasions sending wires with Dakisha. She works expediently, efficiently, professionally and always with a smile. Makes banking wires painless and much easier than I ever recall them being in the past! Highly recommend this banker, for her knowledge and genuine concern for her work!
