They were careless not depositing a check *for the business* I work for but it was on a deposit slip, I returned it and now they are saying they never received it and are trying to charge my business. Tried calling today to get the issue resolved. Their automated system hung up on me 6 times.

This location is a joke. They couldn’t cash my check because they were too busy having a birthday party. Just close it & stop paying these girls to do absolutely NOTHING.—edited to add ; Michael this has nothing to do with how long I waited, it has EVERYTHING to do with your employees being unprofessional.

They are slow and unprofessional. When you go into the lobby no one ever greets you. It's like walking into a morgue. Last time I went inside after an error in the drive-thru, a female employee lied and told me she was the manager and asked me to leave. I contacted the bank later and they told me that she is NOT a manager. I've stopped doing business with this bank and moved all of my accounts. They made $13,000 in interest on my accounts the previous year. Now $0. Terrible customer service and lies.

I visit the branch located on 7325 W Oklahoma Av, Friday 8/5 around 9:15-9:30 am. That was my only day off and I had a long list to do that day. I need it to withdraw the money, the clerk calls the manager for approval. He was very unprofessional, asking me many questions and his only response was “I never heard that” then in from of me told the clerk to send my account information to his computer, and he storm out. Cleark told me to wait for receipt I did wait a little, the whole situation was very uncomfortable, the branch manager never show up, I left, call my husband, and he said me to go to the next branch, Idid to finish my transaction and I have been told that my account was just frozen.I have kids, and 85 years mom with dementia, I couldn't pay the bills, or get groceries because my account was frozen by the branch manager!!!He should be working in the police department!!!This manager has no customer service quality!I'm living the bank!

My son was buying a home and need assistance with funds. I am overseas and couldn’t wire money due to phone isn’t able to allow authentication codes. We lacked a few items to allow my son the ability to receive my funds. The corporate numbers weren’t allowing us any relief but JOSH…. JOSH really was a lifesaver. I truly appreciate the hard work and empathy he showed in our scenario. He made a horrific day for my son a high stress defeating night for me end happily. He addressed our situation and completely came through for us. I appreciate you Josh and I appreciate your staffs assistance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for completing or transaction, restoring my faith, and making my son's home buying a success. Thank you!?

Incredibly professional and thoughtful employees. The branch manager used his discretion and tact to help my actively deployed mother in the US Military and myself follow through with receiving a much needed money transfer.Huge amount of appreciation and respect for you. Thank you!!!

Claims there open and there not. It really isnt that hard to change business hours online. I understand places are short staffed but it is laziness to not update hours.

Am disabled so mostly use drivethru window, but even as a "mystery voice" from their parking lot I'm treated with respect and friendly words.

Slow as can be. Sometimes they have the business only lane, other times it's a free for all. Expect to wait at least 30-40mins in the drive thru now that they've closed the inside of the branch again for 'unforseen circumstances'

I did not want to rate it a one star at all. I never seen a bank review so low, like this location. The manger JOSH is just TERRIBLE! He’s been monitoring my account and decided to close it on his own. He refused to give me my money in my account. When I threatened to call the cops. He released the funds. I’m going to contact the corporate office to speak to higher authorities. Josh has a really nasty heart and shouldn’t be working in costumer service. He was rude, loud and disrespectful. The worst experience in my life!!! He should be ashamed of himself. Josh you are not a leader your a coward.

They overdraft me even if I have money in my savings!! Poor customer service and the drive thru is a joke not to mention the website.
