U.S bank is a horrible place to manage your money. They suspended my account because of fraudulent activity. The fraudulent activity was me. I recently had to take Lyfts to work because I do not have a car. They seen that as fraudulent activity. Now I will end up homeless because I am unable to pay my bills because I can not access any of my money in any of my accounts.

This branch has to be the slowest branch ever. The lobby isn’t open but why did I have to wait over 1hr and 30 mins to get to the drive thru window and now I had to wait 10 more minutes before someone opened the drawer to take my deposit. There needs to be more people to handle the number of customers!

The staff at the windows give business owners a hard time for simple things like change and receipts. The little boy with the glasses should be fired. He’s slow, rude, and acts as if he hates his job. Put him out of his misery.

Very poor customer service only one window open and over 20 persons waiting to be attended by that single person, I ask if any one else can help and the lady said she will come right out but she took over 15 minutes to come out with her lazy moves. Suggestion: if you have limited time to run errands that day, don’t go to this location, it will take you over 30 minutes to get out just for a simple deposit. Hope one day the have more competent management to have better customer service!

I have an account with this bank. I don't usually use this branch except for their ATM. I had to go in today to deposit a third party check and was told they wouldn't do it. Now mind you I've deposited this exact type of check before, with a similar dollar amount. Just at a different branch location. I don't understand why this location gave me such a hard time but I'm not some customer who continually brings her account negative. I use my account for almost everything I make payments on. They were not willing to help a lot lately customer out at all. I feel like the woman working was intentionally telling me no because I looked a certain way. It wasn't like I had no money in my account. And let's just say I did decide to pull all the money out before the check cleared. The most I would be able to take from the check right away is 200 dollars. Which if the check ended up bouncing, I would be the one responsible for my account going negative in the first place. It makes absolutely no sense. I definitely plan on speaking to a manager because I want an explanation.
