I stopped here on my lunch break hoping I could open a new checking account within an hour and Adriane Beauford -a "client relationship consultant" worked me quite diligently, through the process; very painlessly and easily - in a manner in which I could understand and I really appreciate the punctuality and overall ease of process from a user experience standpoint... Very articulate! excellent work!! keep it up!

I dont know what is going on at these banks. I cannot send anyone to DEPOSIT more than 499$ CASH. Also brought a friend with 401k check, in person with my presence her id my id they wont allow her to endorse the check to me… what is the point of having an account if i cant do bank transactions??? One person tells me i can the new teller … he tells me i cannot. Its starting to make me want to change banks.

I visited this branch a couple of months back and spoke with Indigo who is a Personal Banker at this location. I wanted to be able to withdraw a large sum of cash on a certain date and was advised that I can call a couple of days ahead to request and it should work. The example that was given is that I can make a request Mon and pickup Wed. That simple. However, when I called back (at a much earlier time than what she had previously advised) Indigo now says they cannot fulfill my request because they've already put in their cash orders for the week. Looks to me as though they didn't want to make the effort to do it. Only thing she can do is make a courtesy call on the date that I need my money and even still, they're not sure if they'll have it. Well, that would risk my chances and be too late of a notice. Frustrated, I called another location and they said no problem, they could cover me right away. Simple as that! Bottom line, if you need anything important done, don't waste your time going in to this location and to listen to their instructions because they probably don't know it themselves. Update: I had to go back to this locatio because it was the closest to where I was going. There is a tall young man that works there and he's been very helpful and attentive. Know that he's trying his best. I appreciate it. If I can give 3.5 Stars I would.

Very Slow branch. I am not used to the crazy security but understand. I had to go in due to the atm not working. This time it was relatively quick. I was in a hurry to make an appointment and did not realize the exit door needed to be buzzed out as well. When I pushed to exit I expected the door to open. It did not. Due to an accident from a couple weeks before I had a healing cracked rib. When the door did not open the energy put into opening the door transferred up my arm into my chest. The injury was healed enough that it did not hurt anymore when I breathed or moved normally yet now is hurting again when I move and breathe. I must have missed the signs saying this. Please add more or hit the button quicker. Between this, the couple times the ATM has not worked and the wildly long wait from last time even though there were plenty of employees around I rate this branch 2 stars. It would have been one star but I was helped quick enough today. I was the only customer at the time though. 2 hours later update. It hurts so much. Not happy at all. Please do better.

I feel like criminal coming here. You have to be buzzed in and out. I always have a problem if I want to withdraw more than $500. I understand the process may be to protect me or the bank but it's very inconvenient. There were ruined when I could not get money. My money. What's that about
