Don.t call the number shown. No talking to a human, you get routed around to number of voices trying to sell you something. To talk to customer service about my account I had to drive to the bank.

I just sat in the drive through here for about 10 minutes just waiting for them to give me my withdrawal and I.D. back. Whenever I go inside to bank, the tellers are always pretty inattentive and not friendly. It's an alright place to go if you have to or live close, but if you can go to a different U.S. Bank, I would.
