im from iowa.. was getting unlimited buffering.. talked to 611.. said i wasnt getting full gigs for my plan.. updated me.. said id get free month. next day internet shut off.. atore shows i have that credit but 611 has no trace of any conversations.. u.s cellular sucks.. will be looking for another service provider..!!

First upon walking into the store no acknowledgment, ask if they had a bathroom she said & I had to ask to use, then I went into the bathroom. It was nasty as hell, I had to use it bad so I had to use the toilet brush to clean the toilet. Just said advised her that I had to clean the toilet, she keep on working. That's when I walked out. After my contract is over I'm done with us cellular

I frequent this location and have always had a pleasant experience. My most recent experience was 2/10/23 with Jarrat. He was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions with patience. He went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was satisfactory. I am very grateful for the service he provided and left as a very happy customer!!!

Alani helped me get my Motorola phone; very courteous employees and super funny environment! Broke down exactly what the billing would be and other employees even helped me set up the phone which was really nice of them. Best phone store in the area!

My kids and I came into the store for new service. Tanya assisted us. She was very patient with us and got us the best deal for 3 new lines/phones. She was very informative and was able to answer all our questions and meet all our needs.

Paul worked with us over several days, expertly answered dozens of questions, bent over backwards to find the best deal for us, and even installed my screen protector. He knows virtually everything about the technology that's out there and is the best person to talk to when buying a new phone. We bought four phones from Paul and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely go back here for any future phone purchases.
