I have been a customer for over twenty years. At the store today talking with the representative about the outstanding service I have received. My son transitioned and I was paying the balance of his iPhone the representative assisted me with ending my bill payment for his phone. I have been asked by Spectrum about getting a mobile device. My sentiment was if its not broken don't fix it. I have been overly satisfied with my family here at US Cellular.
