“I purchased my used Audi A3 TDI from Auto Source about two years ago at a great price, and the car has run amazingly well with no issues outside of normal used-car maintenance. Because of that experience, my girlfriend and I returned when she found a beautiful Audi Q5 she loved.
The Q5, however, came with more bumps than expected. It developed a significant oil-consumption issue (a known problem with this make and model). Auto Source gave us two options: an inventory swap of equal value or rebuilding the engine. We chose the rebuild.
Here’s where they really impressed us: even though they weren’t required to, Auto Source covered a very large portion of the replacement parts, all of the labor, and even some additional components like the hub assembly that the mechanic noticed along the way.
Working with both Nate and Tyler throughout the process was smooth, communicative, and genuinely helpful. Because of how they handled everything, when it’s time for me to upgrade my own car, Auto Source will be the first place I go—before I look anywhere else. 10/10 experience with Auto Source.”

“I called spoke with Mike on the phone about getting an estimate or diagnosis. Found out the diagnosis is free, which was awesome. Bought the vehicle last year for an extre winter car. After a month I was going to sell it for parts of junk it, because my transmission was slipping. I didn't have enough money to replace the transmission. Thankfully, they found the problem was the speed output sensor for the transmission. I had them do the work to replace the sensor which saved me from most likely having to junk the vehicle. I really appreciate the customer service, reasonable price and the great work that they did. If you need any work done on your transmission or any work related to that. Be sure and give them a call you will be 100% happy you did I know I am.... Thanks guys for the great work.”

“Bought a Honda Crosstour with very great mileage. When I saw it posted online it looked too good. They let me test drive it and it had a few problems that they were very upfront about and fixed immediately before I purchased, (A/C recharge and breaks). They didn't pressure me at all and answered all of my questions. They are actually a bit too relaxed, but I didn't need over the top customer service just a good car. They let my mechanic take a look with no hesitation. I have had my vehicle for a year now, it's still perfect. I had an incident with my bumper and they recommended a great shop. I am satisfied and extremely happy that I purchased a vehicle through them.”
“This place was awesome, especially compared to Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield! My 20 year old kid needed a car (used) to get to a new internship in college and had limited time to get it. He found a few used cars at the Greenfield location, drove down to see them, drove them and found the one that he could afford and met exactly what he wanted. He made an offer Monday night and was told no, so left to revaluate. Called them back Tuesday, made another offer just a couple hundred under asking price and again was told no. Finally decided the asking price was actually good and had time presented so called back and spoke with sales manager to accept paying what they asked, cash, that day. He was told no! That manager wanted to accept another offer from someone who was trying to set up financing but hadn’t finalize it yet. The next day, the car still showed as available, now at a higher price…..we called Russ Darrow Metro Mazda and asked if the car was really still available. They were AMAZING. In less than 15 minutes, they confirmed the car was still available, agreed to honor the original asking price we had offered, sent someone to get it from Greenfield and delivered it to us that afternoon. We are incredibly happy with Metro Mazda and will never do business with Russ Darrow Greenfield.”

“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.
