super friendly and helpful manager, people working upfront super lazy and drag their feet. literally took the front lady 5 mins to give me my package i called ahead about maybe 35 mins before. asking for unnecessary stuff past already verifying my id, wasting time instead of handing me my package that was waiting for me.
