It’s been two day’s and I have not received any mail the businesses also not received anything. Every time the regular mail carrier goes on vacation, the lazy mail carriers there don’t even deliver his mail. They need to lose their jobs.

-5 stars. VERY unprofessional!! I hate that I even have to deal with these people. They lost my 2 packages and when I called 2 weeks later about the issue, the manager was very argue negative and argumentative right away. She told me to call the two places and ask them why they haven't received them. But my thing is this: how does 2 different companies (Amazon and Netflix), 2 big companies, lose packages? The common denominator was the employee who took them. She literally kept cutting me off. Then I said "maybe the girl didn't send them?" And she said very rudely "howcan you say she didn't send them?" Like clearly she didn't. NEITHER company received the packages. Word of advice: just listen to the customers, and stop trying to make us out to be the bad guys. We trust you guys with personal stuff.10/07/18 UPDATE:So surprise, surprise, as soon as I called and told them that someone hadn't taken my packages, they mysteriously are out for transit now. Literally the next day after 2 weeks later of me dropping them off! This PROVES that someone there had done something with my packages. Makes me wonder if I'd never called, would my packages even have been sent out?06/21/23 UPDATE:YEARS LATER, nothing has changed. How this place is still in service surprises me.

My carriers work out of this location and at least a couple times a week I get other people's mail. I am thankful I receive most of my mail at my other home in another state. I have left notes, talked with various carriers, and talked with the people at the Brown Deer Rd PO to no avail. Seems our govt needs to overhaul this location. Maybe better management that will get the job done and hold carriers accountable for their screw-ups.

I haven't seen a mail carrier in days, what is going on. Not that I need any junk mail but that was always delivered on time. I tried calling and no one ever answers.

This place sucks!! I lost count of how many times my fiance and I have had to go there to pick up a package they refused to leave at our door step. The people at the door always argue with us saying our package isn't there without even going to check. (Even when I've been holding a pick up slip.. which they rarely leave on my door.)In October I had my mail held for 5 days. The post office decided to hold it for 15 instead. When I called about it. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed that I wanted my mail delivered.More recently we have noticed mail getting delivered is post marked from a month ago. Currently waiting 18 days for some really important paperwork that should have been here 2 weeks ago.I hate this place so much!

Again another day no mail. It's great having the app to see what you might get in the mail today, unless the carrier doesn't show up. 3:40 pm today the package lady stops Infront of my mail box, sits there then leaves. I go check my mail box, surprise nothing. She comes back from outer direction, slowed down looks at the address on my home and leaves. App shows package is suppose to be delivered, I guess not today, we weren't feeling it.

Worst location in history of usps really need to do better this is a government establishment but treats mail like it’s no valuable they miss scan items constantly saying things are delivered and are not being delivered some days they decide to not bring any mail at because they are “short staffed “ putting mail in other ppls mail box my neighbor have to come and give me my mail that was in her mailbox often like can your couriers not read or follow instructions just please close this location down for the good of the community I cannot wait to move so I can recieve my mail properly this is becoming very frustrating !

0 STARS!!! Our mail lady goes on a week vacation AT MINIMUM once a month and when the subs are filling in, our office building never gets our mail on time. There are days where they don't even deliver our mail! Then when you try to call, no one picks up the phone. The one rare time I did get a hold of someone they said the residential routes are prioritized first and then they take volunteers for the business routes at the end of the day. HELLO!!!!!! MOST PEOPLE WORK DURING THE DAY AND AREN'T EVEN AT HOME TO GET THEIR MAIL!!!!!!!! SMDH!!!!!! How do they expect a business to run sufficiently when they can't guarantee our mail will be delivered at a reasonable time or even at all?? I've filed complaints on a federal level with the Post Master and nothing gets resolved. Where are our tax dollars going if they can't even do their job??? What a waste! If they can't deliver our mail then they shouldn't be getting paid with our tax dollars. End of story!

One of there drivers ran a stop sign and almost T boned my car! I had my very small children in the car with me. I called the office and the man who answered sounded irritated like he didn't want to hear me complaining about their driver. The man was speeding and he cut me off because I guess me driving 5 over the speed limit wasn't fast enough for him. It happened right there passing Brown Deer High School. That's just ridiculous so I will be contacting corporate to report him!!!

Informed Delivery shows what I'm suppose to receive but I usually only get half of my mail and this is a daily occurrence. For three months now, shows my cell bill coming each month and still have not received any of those. Shows bills that never arrive. Wonder where they are delivering my mail? No one ever answers at the Bradley road location. Tried 15 times again today and no answer. This is typical and has been like this long before the pandemic. Just another poorly run post office that has been run by the same people for years.

The person that answered the phone is rude. Really rude. If they don't like their government job with benefits, find a different line of profession. Never seen so much unprofessional communication from USPS.

I wish I could give negative zero stars!!!!!! Don’t answer the phone, The carriers lie about attempting to deliver packages, when clearly they didn’t even get out the truck. Now the computer is down and they can’t track my package. Called 23 times, someone clearly kept hanging up on me, but told me the phones and computers are down!! This place is a mess! Workers are rude and lazy and unprofessional!! I’m gonna go to the next level and report this awful post office!! If they don’t wanna do their jobs then quit! They definitely need some management over sight in this establishment!! Hire all new employees, who wanna work! I will be reaching out to the higher ups and I will follow through with my complaint. I have read reviews on this post office going back to two years ago and further, and the reviews are saying the same thing that I’m saying, had the same bad experiences that I’ve had!! It’s ridiculous that this could go on for years, with no over sight to how this place is being ran!!

Lost a package, and did not deliver a package because they couldn't access the address. My building has a literal office that handles all packages, and access to my front door. It honestly makes me regret moving to this area knowing that my packages have a higher chance of getting misdelivered than getting to my place.

It's unfortunate I have to give 1 star. This is the worst possible delivery post office EVER. We've been in business for 45 years and have never experienced such poor service until moving to 53224. We need to call on a regular basis to see if we will even be receiving mail. It's a different excuse each time. Short staffed, vacation, sick..... blah, blah, blah. For as much money as we pay and how often the government bails you out; service ought to be a whole lot better.
