Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.

I go to the US Post Office Parklawn station on 35th and Capitol Dr at 3:10 pm to conduct a simple purchase and I get Clerk 01. No matter what her excuses were…she short changed me. Clerk 01 rang me up for $13.30. I gave her $17.50. She initially gave me $1.20 back as change. I told her she shorted me in the cash back. I take the receipt to show her what I paid. What I see is that clerk 01 typed in $15.50 cash tendered instead of $17.50. I told her she typed in the wrong amount and that she owed me $3.00 more dollars. Clerk 01 gives me another $1.00 (now I’m in receipt of $2.20). I tell Clerk 01 that’s still not correct and to give me $2.00 more. Clerk 01 gives me $.25 more. I tell Clerk 01 the two dimes that she gave me are all the coins she had to give me, $.20, period. I then give the quarter back to her. Two senior citizens standing in line chimed in that she owed me more money back. Clerk 01 takes the senior citizen #1 next; however, senior citizen #1 protested be taking next, because my transaction was not completed correctly. Senior citizen #1 tells Clerk 01 “you better give me my receipt, because you shorted that man $3.00”. This old lady was agitated now. As I pulled out a calculator to prove to Clerk 01 that she was in the wrong, she tried to take senior citizen #2 next. Senior citizen #2 also protested and said “no, take that man next, he was here 1st and you owe him some more cash back”. Clerk 01 never apologized, just handed me the $2.00 I told her she still owed me. I don’t care if it’s $.02 or $2.00 or $2,000 or $2 million, Clerk 01 needs to be held accountable for her lack of professionalism and cash handling skills.

I went there to pick up a package that was “delivered” there, but then an old rat told me that it wasn’t there and I had to wait for it to get delivered to my house (I live three blocks away from this post office). About two hours later I get an update saying it’s been picked up by an individual, but I didn’t get no package. Fire these damn lazy workers bro.

Always used to get good service here: Yesterday they had no shipping labels out at the table - they gave me one form the counter to apply and had me step aside. They did the same to the next guy. It got ridiculous.

Worst service ever...my tracked mail that cost over $600 was said to be delivered but I never received. I filed a claim which the USPS denied since tracker reflected a delivery. Also , I've had neighbors mail consistently delivered to my mailbox and even had one of my neighbors dropped off mail of mine. Usps..please find my mail!!!!

They are rude they hold your mail for you. They stolen my money order and than they play game and it took 6 months for them to replace it.never go to this place .my job mails my work check. Because the nasty cook know the people that works here they hide my mail and my money.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Went in hoping to see a worker there standing, ready to help. But no, I stood there waiting, while I can hear them chatting and laughing loud as hell in the back with music blasting. Is there a way I can keep my packages away from this place? Thank you very much. :)

Less than 1 star. ZERO!!! Packages that I ship to others continue to go missing. Not trusting the collection boxes. at this location. The service is horrible. Now 6 packages that I shipped out are MIA but packages that I have shipped at other collection boxes in other areas are fine. I’m tired of them using the Pandemic as an excuse. Someone is doing something sketchy.
