They do not answer the phone need new workers asap they don’t take theirs jobs seriously at all carriers keep not delivering mail as well just very laszy and unprofessional need a whole new group of employees unexceptionable

Horrible I agree shut this location down they don’t do the job anyway. Had certified letter still no signature and the supervisor said the carrier signed for it. Isn’t that fraudulent? I’m going to take this all the way to the top! Unprofessional at its finest!

This is one of the worst places and I think it should be shut down completely, they are unprofessional, doors say they open at 8am I waited over an hour and doors where locked and no one was available at 9am I am going to write a letter to the BBB and the county to shut this place down. They are a waist of time and I can’t get into my P.O. Box. O am definitely working towards shutting them down.

The worst location every. How can we get this place shutdown. I’ve had package stolen from these folks. I have camera proof of the mail delivery driver sitting my package down and than picking it back up and walking off with it

One of if not the worst USPS locations in this city. Can’t do anything right literally. Lose packages all the time. Never follow up on customer service/investigation requests. When sending mail/packages I choose other locations but for receiving mail this location is the worst.

3 years later and still the WORST carriers in town. They need to respect people's property. Why when asked not to walk across the lawn they find the need to walk across the lawn. Then make me feel that I need to spend money putting up signs telling them to stay off the lawn. It's common courtesy. Today they walked across my lawn and didn't even deliver Mail to my house. Then I am told to spend the money and get a PO Box. These people need to respect my property.The worst carriers in the world at this post office is have requested time after time that the carrier does not walk across my lawn. This stops for about a week and then right back it. I have pets and it is best for people to walk up my walkway so they do not scare my pets. I have a walkway for walking so that I can save my lawn and not have ruts in it from these people walking where they don't belong. If I could give 0 stars I would but then I can't even write a review.

I NEVER get my mail. The workers are so rude, especially this older slim lady. They are never open on time opening up in the mornings.

Dropped off letter,gift card inside was stolen before being delivered!!
