Does anyone else consistently have outgoing mail/packages take forever, or get lost, when shipping out of this location??This is the 4th/5th time dealing with severely delayed or lost outgoing parcels, specifically this post office. -It's not my usual branch, but nearby work, so I've dropped parcels here a small handful of times.Last time, a box package sat there for 8 business days (according to tracking) before moving to the regional location in Oak Creek. It was an Ebay item, & the buyer canceled on me cause the delayed tracking looked unreal. Now, a simple greeting card has vanished. Which would be about the 3rd one of those there.Maybe it's just bad luck, but it's now enough to make me completely avoid ever sending anything out of this location.

This is my go-to post office and the process is always great. They strike the right balance between stepping in to help you and letting you take care of things on your own. They are knowledgable, helpful, and won't try to up-sell or scam you. Always great.

The one employee there is very rude. She obviously doesn’t know how to treat others with courtesy and respect!! ?

I've lived in Riverwest for 7 years, and this is the best post office in the area. Staff is always polite and efficient. (Sometimes the Bayside location can be very curt and impatient with customers.) Street parking is always available on the front or to the right. I love supporting USPS instead of private corporations.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and they just talk over you too. DO NOT go here, they don't care at all about their customers.

Not wheelchair accesible. I could never come here by myself. I had to have two people help me open the door to get into another room where someone had to help me get into the actual building. Very steep bumps to get over in my chair. No wheelchair buttons, despite a rather misleading ramp. Ramp is dangerously close to stairs, trying to menuever safely into the building is unsafe. I would love to see more accesibility.

Waste of energy I called before going to ask how can I mail a package if I can’t print the label. They tell me come to post office they will print it for free if I have the information already. I get there in Karen have a attitude in I was told something else. Waste of time dealing with this post office they need a new job in there.

I lived in Shorewood for 10+ years and have had a post office box for 5. The service at the shorewood branch is just fine and the folks that work there are very even keeled especially when you consider what they deal with everyday. I am not sure you can blame staff when you arrive at the post office without your package prepared and you don’t have tape. Did you assume they provide you that service for free? I appreciate the simple consistency of this branch and the building has some cool architecture.

I just received a packet of mail for apartments on N. Wilson drive and my address is on N. Woodruff Ave.Where is my mail? Besides the mail comes later and later after 6 pm many days. The people at the Shorewood office have been very very helpful but the respnse from the distibution center on Holton Street has been deplorable.

This store location was very convenient location wise but the service not so much. The girl who helped me was so rude and didn't answer my questions. I asked to use tape for my package and she said no and rolled her eyes. She hardly said anything and just stared at me acting like I was stupid. This is outrageous. This was my first experience at this UPS and I do not plan on returning to this location.

We received very poor customer service. We went in to do a passport renewal but we were turned away by a customer service agent. She told us we need an appointment. The thing is online the usps website says that passport renewals do not need appointments. Needless to say we were extremely frustrated and returned to our residence. After panicking, calling city hall and trying to figure out why we were being given contradictory information we called the branch. A gentleman who seemed to have been with the office for a while explained there had been a mistake. When we returned the woman who had turned us away audibly said to the experienced guy "that's them". That would have been the time for her to apologize which she didn't do...

Sent a first class certified letter to Brooklyn, NY and had that letter hanging in the entrails of the USPS for a month. Needless to say, about 10 days after mailing the original letter had to use the services of a FedEx to send a second one. The customer service is virtually non-existent. Never again will I send anything of importance via USPS.
