Holiday or not, postal boxes still need to be emptied. There's always people working in the back even if retail counters are closed. When you don't empty drop boxes packages are stolen. Here's an example.

My husband and I just had to mail out a phone that we were trading in. There were a lot of workers this Saturday morning and the three staff that we worked with were very fast, efficient, and most importantly respectful. The first staff, we paid for bubble wrap and asked to borrow a scissor. She gave us one to use without making us feel bad for asking. The second staff helped us because she saw that we were going to use a box that did not allow shipping phones in. She grabbed the correct package for us and helped us pack up our phone. The third staff was the cashier for when we had to pay for the package and drop off the mail. She was also fast in helping us check out. All ladies were very respectful and respect and kindness goes a long way. We really appreciate it.

Its either here or at one other location that the mail handlers must be challenged, hate they job or can't read. How hard is it to MATCH THE ADDRESS TO THE MAILBOX. GAF people terrible at they job that need to do better.

Called this morning and was on hold for 30 minutes. I even used my sister's phone to call while still waiting for an answer on my phone but still nothing. I ended up calling another post office to answer my questions about my packages I accidentally dropped off at this Brown Deer location. How do you service your customers via phone? 30 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time already with no answer. I bet no one would have picked up. It would have rang until they closed at 2pm! Good thing I called the other post office because they and answered less than 1 minute. Horrible customer service at Brown Deer. USPS corporate needs to do something about this location. Management to blame? Either way, something has to change.

Fairly quick in and out. Had to get money order and stamp to pay a bill.

They sometimes shut the service desk gate before closing time.

the staff here is so nice and helpful - i used to be here all the time when it was the nearest post office to my house and it's always a breeze and the staff are kind when answering questions about services. lines can be long around 4-5 pm which is no fault of the staff but something to be aware of :-)

What kind of post office only accepts cash? Wouldn't be a huge problem if their self service machine wasn't out of service.?

Fast and friendly service. Even though there was a line when I came in the workers moved through it quickly. They answered all my questions and made my trip a breeze.

Ever since the pandemic the post office has really changed for the absolute worse. I understand they maybe short staffed but for them to not have ONE HUMAN being answer the phone when they are looking for an item that that worked hard to pay for!!! It’s been 4 days since I was supposed to receive my package and last night they put it in the system as ready for pick up. When I NEVER scheduled a pick up!!! USPS is trash & they really need to do better!
