Canceling a passport appt the day of an HOUR prior is terrible service. You didn’t know the day before or two days before so I had time to make another appt?? This is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I CAME ALL THE WAY TO THIS OFFICE IN A BLIZZARD ALL FOR THE SILLY MAN AT THE FRONT DESK TO SAY THEY ARE NOT DOING PASSPORT APPOINTMENTS TODAY " DIDNT NOBODY CALL YOU??I MADE THE APPOINTMENT SOMEONE COULD HAVE REACH OUT !!!!POOR SERVICE, NO FOLLOW UP. Tell me why I drop my package a week ago and when I tracked it, it says it was still at the post office. Why? I dropped of 5 other packages at the same times and this one isn’t moving? They’re so rude, even over the phone. Hire new team please. This is the second time this happened to me. I run a business so it’s important my things go out on time.

Called this morning because a package we were expecting said out for delivery in wrong location. The lady who answered was talking like she just wanted to finish quickly despite problem not being solved. Not only did we hear crinkling of some food package, but also metal doors sliding and slamming. Thanks for not helping and being extremely rude!

Mother came to this Post office to mail her business off .. Stamped and secure gave it to one of the Clerks and was greeted with a smile .. BUT, her Business was tampered with and someone inside this Post office tried to cash her business and since they couldn’t cash it it didnt get mailed to where it was suppose to go and it sat for a little over a Month at this location…. until The particular business told my Mother she was Late and that cost extra expenses to cover for this transaction..She can’t afford to take any more chances nor Trust the employees at this particular Post Office that she went to for the FIRST TIME.. BUT the LAST TIME ! Investigate this office please .

Absolutely terrible. Made an appointment to get my passport photo taken, and when I walked in, the female worker that was supposed to take my picture had an attitude and said that I did not make that appointment. I, in fact, did make the appointment. The female worker just made excuses to not do her job. Never, ever come here.

Two ladies upfront are polite, nothing bad to say about them, but please USPS if the ONLY passport person at one location is not there, PLEASE put that place as unavailable. This is ridiculous. Wasting customers time making an appointment and showing up to NO PASSPORT PERSON!
