If you have a mail pickup notice that states, “ready for pickup” at this West Milwaukee location, don’t expect some of these intelligent employees here to understand that you’re actually stopping in to see if the package is there. Ahh, what was I stopping in for, a quarter pounder with fries? Duh.., why was it so difficult for you understand to just go in the back to look for this package? Garbage customer service at it’s worst!?

If there was an option for zero stars that would be my pick. So I've had a PO BOX at the Miller Park post office for over 20 years. I stayed over the years as my daughter is disabled and receives pull-ups monthly and afraid this could get stolen if left out. So my PO BOX was due and I never received my notice. I've never not paid my PO BOX in 20 years. I informed the staff and was told conflicting information from management and front line staff. Management said notices went out and Frontline staff said other customers complained they didn't get their notice as well. Then they also said your receipt when u paid last time is yr notice which makes no sense. Both are conflicting, which is it? So I came in and noticed my box was locked on Saturday 08/26, but was told the only person I can speak to is "Mr. C , but he wasn't in. I left work early Monday 08/28 and 08/29 and again told he wasn't in leaving my contact information, but nothing. I then came in on my day off Thursday 09/07 and spoke to Amy who confirmed Mr. C was the only one that could help me. I informed Amy that my daughter's pull-ups would be arriving any day. She took down my number and also gave me my mail. Amy informed me that Mr. C was on vacation and would be out for two weeks, but would pass my contact information along. Amy did call me on Friday 08/08 that the pull-ups had arrived and she would ne there until 1:30pm. Still nothing from Mr. C and I went to the post office again last Wednesday 09/20 and was told by a supervisor that Mr. C was now in the hospital! I asked if someone is out due to vacation/illness there is no one else to handle situations in his place I was told no, but the supervisor was able to provide me my mail. So I went to rhe post office today 09/26 as it's now been a month with still mo contact with Mr. C and it's my daughter's birthday and I want to get my mail as she has cards. I asked to speak to a supervisor as Mr. C isn't in today. This was a different supervisor that I haven't seen before and explained the situation. He said Mr. C was in yesterday and doesn't work on Tuesdays and said that he has more important things to do then call me. He said he couldn't help me and that I should come in earlier or try calling. I told him that I work and left early today and on other days and came in on my days off. I explained there is no communication. If I got my notice why wouldn't I pay? I've paid for 20+ years. I then asked for my mail and gave him my PO BOX number. He then came back saying there's no name listed under that PO BOX. I then asked him then where is my mail? And my daughter's birthday cards? He's like I need to contact Amy and gave me the contact number, which is the same number to contact MR. C! At this point I was livid! This post office is so unprofessional and disorganized. I'm calling my Legislator Tammy Baldwin. At this point I don't even want to even speak to Mr. C as im past this and just want my mail and forward it somewhere else! The customer service has gone down hill in general ove the last 5 years. They cannot keep staff, it always changing. They just lost a 20+ years customer, but by their actions they don't care! That's why I'm done giving them my business. Update now my daughter's birthday cards cannot be located. Rhey cla8m they have been sent back to the sender! They better be as this should have been avoided as this issue occurred the end of August and now uts the end of September. Shame on them! And thanks for ruining ny daughter's birthday! ?

A employee lost & sent back my important packages, been waiting to get for a few month now... Only for My Packages to be returned to sender, WITHOUT My CONSENT. without My Authorization!¡! And they didn't attempt to make things right for me, only excuses.

I'm constantly waiting in packages that either are never delivered on time or get delivered to wrong address.As a business we send out invoices and also receive payment from customers that purchase products but we close at 4pm and even though they are 3 blocks away they try to make deliveries after 6:30 pm. Horrible, just horrible.

I was in line for 15 mins and upon waiting on someone to return to help he proceeded to walk over to help someone else while the other associates sat and talked laughing ignoring other customers

Horrible customer service! That old incompetent guy named Sam didn't understand my question and kept talking over me to avoid being wrong. Find a different job if you don't know what you're doing.

Wouldn’t put a piece of tape on my bag…instead they wanted me to pay for a whole roll. Could at the very least charge me 25 cents for the small slice of tape they use to close it rather than make me buy an over priced roll. How ghetto. The male employee in there seems very miserable to be there. I’ll drive the extra few miles to go to a different location in the future.
