I had to go pick up some certified mail and the man at the desk thought it was appropriate to comment on my mail. It’s really none of their business and they certainly shouldn’t be commenting on something they know nothing about.

Horrible customer service. Maybe it’s because I’m black because ain’t no way the white woman behind me got serviced before me and me not being acknowledged. This is racist Wisconsin for you. I would not recommend!

One of the worst postal service literally I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location because they just ripped an important document and talk to the station manager and demonstrate what happened and they don’t want to accept the mistake even the staff black African girl who did it she didn’t even apologize at all not even once. Spoke to the manager about the issue and she doesn’t want to accept the mistake even though everything was recorded in the surveillance camera. Be CAREFUL whoever is going there. Bc they make mistake and they won’t accept the mistake instead what they will blame it on you.

African American girl with the nose piercing was rude. Apparently she doesn't like the bell on the counter being rung, even if you need help and you wait a few minutes for help.

Post man repeatedly not scanning picked up items, expensive packages going missing multiple times, manager refuses to correct issue. Do not reccommend this location, will avoid doing any type of shipping with them whenever possible.

Horrible location. My mail was being held for a week during a snow storm when the city plowed the snow in front of my mailbox and it turned to ice. I was instructed by the manager at the post office that I have to remove a 3 ft ice bank for the mailman to reach his arm out of the window to place my mail in my box which was totally accessible. I also just got a notice stating that my mail will be held because of the fact that someone elses trash cans are in front of my mailbox. I asked to speak to a manager and she was just as rude.
