The fact that this place is open until 10pm should be worth 5 stars alone.Desmond is such a great guy and always goes out of his way to ask me how I’m doing. I’m in and out enough where most of the staff knows who I am. They’re always super kind and do their best to be efficient as they can be.Props to this entire team for keeping such an important location going day after day. Thank you!

The 2 women working the counter need to be more discreet in their opinions. The shorter of the 2 had an issue with a customer and made sure the others knew LOUDLY. OK " he's always in here. He's so weird." They haggle between themselves and get snippy with customers. As well as talking on their cell phones with a customer in front of them. The other with braids was irritated because a guy was asking her questions about a passport and appointments. " well I guess I can look". Is this not your job? Terrible customer service. My tracking numbers aren't showing on the site. If I were their manager, both would be unemployed!

In a international first class service the clerk used a paper label because there was no labels , and when the package arrived to its destination they had issues with the paper label , rude staff , stress can be seen on every clerk of that office , patience is not a quality , now my package is lost , cause they can't tell me in which office it is and since it's a first class mail there's no way to file a inquiry online .

Convenient Saturday hours for working people. But avoid this location you’re looking for polite staff with decent customer service skills.

The first guy that was at the counter was very kind and helping another person. However the lady who I was directed to had attitude for no reason. She looked at me and said “you aren’t ready” because apparently I needed a box and shipping label-I’m 24 and have never had to use usps so I don’t know what I’m supposed to do when I go there. But being greeted nicely and told I wasn’t ready and being told so rudely was not okay for any customer service job.

Horrible experience with "clerk 16" on 12/02/23 @ 3:40 pm , no customer service experience at all , I know I'm not the only person that experience this with this worker . Good luck !

I went to the USPS near the airport today at 11:00 am and the lady with glasses called me up next. I haven’t shipped anything out in a few years and I wasn’t sure if I need to tape up a package or not and she said yes and told me over and over again to tape it up on the side like I didn’t understand her. I mean, taking the adhesive off the other two envelopes while can process the shipping for the box and it’ll be efficient that way and only take a few seconds since I need to ship multiple shipments separately and It’ll take a few seconds for me to tape up the box. As I stepped aside, she helped the next person behind me and spoke to them politely. After the next person left, she told the other postal clerk that she is going to go grab a jelly donut. I mean, you told me to step aside, just so you can grab a jelly donut after she helped the next customer? And then she came back up and start eating it as I walked back to stand in line. After she process one of the envelopes, she tossed it 2 feet away from her in the bin and the sticker on the envelope said fragile on there! She even knew it was fragile and asked questions as she processed my shipments! She is very unprofessional and rude on top of that! I understand that she has to work on a Saturday but she should not act upon customers!

I discovered the USPS will not forward mail from a business to a private residence. We have been ensconced at an extended stay hotel until our apartment is ready, receiving mail at said hotel. When I went to this post office to ask if I had any options open to me, the condescending female postal worker asked, "Have you ever used a computer? Contact everyone who might mail you something." This was uttered in a tone as if I was an idiot.I turned to her and said, "I have about twenty credit cards, do business at numerous banks, own property around the world, have multiple periodicals sent to me, and it would be convenient to have my mail forwarded. She handed me a bunch of post cards and said, "Get working."I now understand why the USPS is in a dire situation. Sadly, this woman probably served in the armed forces, and that scares me.
