Wow, the two women at the front desk are RUDE. Its not a good look if you constantly interrupt a customer and snap at him when he asks a question. Any and all requests are met with a flat and curt "We don't do that here" with zero explanation or offer of assistance.

Lack of Professionalism, Accountability & Zero BASIC Customer service skills. This is a business?!? Rarely have a good experience ever. We'd rather get on a plane, travel across the country and hand deliver all of our customers packages before stepping foot in that post office or giving them anymore business. This community deserves better.

I come into this location often and always have a pleasant experience. This is certainly a location that seems to be understaffed and overworked but each time my interaction with the employees is great. I have most often worked with cashier #12, in case that helps management know who I'm referring to, and she has always been extremely patient with people and a great multi tasker. She is often in, working alone with a long line, and she does a wonderful job handling the pressure and answering questions. This location gets a bad wrap but I think this issue is more of a global issue of being under-staffed and over-worked. People need to go into the post office expecting to wait for service and be patient themselves when things take time. Show these people some grace!

Would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time they cancelled our passport appointment without telling us. Made the effort to come in and gather paperwork and an agent wasn't there. I wouldn't trust their passport services.

They lost/misdelivered my package, admitted it, told me to file a claim, and denied my claim. They dont care about you, your items, or your money.

It Saturday 2:20pm tried to send a letter, staff was very rude, try to get service from the other lane, denied me service on account of being close to closing time.

It seemed the woman was having a bad day, so I went out of my way to be extra nice when I brought up my pre-labeled box and invites. When I asked if she could hand cancel my invites and she said “I’m not going to sit here and hand cancel each one of these.” There were 30 of them. I’m sorry that I inconvenienced you by asking you to do something at your job that is literally something that’s possible. This happened on 7/22 around 12:30. Thanks so much for the help /s

Had the worst PO experience of my life in this location. Woman at the counter was rude, condescending, and just plain awful to me from the first word of our interaction. I run a small business and have had excellent experiences with USPS workers in the past re: shipping a lot at once, doing mail holds, pickups, etc. This individual stated she would and then failed to process a mail hold for me while I was moving here (without notifying me), which resulted in the theft of my inventory totaling several hundred dollars. When I went to the PO in person today, despite the office being empty save for 1 person filling out a form, she acted as though I was holding up a big line by asking to have 6 (six!) prepaid packages scanned in so I could get a receipt, since I just moved here and was wary of further mishaps. She spent the entire 2 minute interaction lecturing me about how I *should* have handled my "enormous" pile of packages and how I actually had a receipt already (nope, definitely did not). I am so disappointed that I will have to go out of my way to avoid this location. Apologies for the novel, but PLEASE don't give this location your business- I support USPS and their small biz services 100%, but this woman needs to be fired (into the sun) YESTERDAY.

by far the rudest and unpleasant human beings at the service desk. they will try to NOT help you in any way they possibly can. I walked up the the counter and without a word the tall African American lady stared at me. no greetings or "how can I help you" when I asked if they have tapw I can use she merely pointed at the tape. she couldn't be bothered to speak more than she had to and had the flattest affect I've ever seen in my life. talk about pooooooor customer service. will avoid going to her unless i have no other choice
