Co-ed dorms, use stairs to stay in shape, greet those you meet since you may end up marrying one of them. Also, close to cafeteria is a plus.

Dorm rooms themselves are very good (trust me, I have toured a couple different colleges before)I will not rate it five stars, because I am sick of waiting over 5 minutes for what the tour guides claim to be the ""fastest elevators in the state""On the plus side, Sandburg Grind is free to most students

It's a typical dorm, but it is very nice and homey

i lived in North tower and upon move in, yes, the dorms are empty and look clean, but these rooms definitely are deserving of a deep clean (same with the bathroom). we shampooed my carpet and wiped the floorboards: both a dark brown.the location is convenient as you’re directly on campus!! small rooms but better than most college dorms. suite style bathrooms are the BIGGEST bonus!the dining hall is bad and inconsistent, but underpaid students and adults work there so you can’t place the blame on them; it’s the institution. overpriced (a single room is ~$6000 plus the ~$3000 meal plan), but what else do you expect when going to college nowadays?

I felt a little claustrophobic in the room moving my kid in, but I'm not the one who has to stay there!

I had a great experience at Sandburg halls. The food was good. There was a workout facility. They had late night food. Great place to meet people and make friends when you are new to a city!

Dont move to these towers unless you are ready to lose an incredible amount of sleep because living in these towers means hearing constant creaking from the entire building (specially east tower) due to the sweet high winds that Milwaukee offers. I hated it and so will you.

Dropped off package for my son. Love this area.

A decent place, the people are what you'd expect from a college campus, the price and the quality of the rooms are the biggest snag however. I have to pay almost $5000 for a small room connected with 3 other rooms with a shared bathroom, overall it's better than paying for an apartment money wise but still.

Not going to lie I was a freshman 2 years ago and their food in the cafe was amazing! But now visiting my sister the food is not good and there is not sandwich station. None of the food is going to help them reach a good balanced nutritional diet. There is no variety and they serve almost the same things everyday. I love Sandburg food but im not sure what happened.

From a parent's perspective - move in day went very well. The student staff on hand were extremely helpful. Dorms were clean and move in ready.
