⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience at Vanity Fur
I had a very unpleasant experience at Vanity Fur. I arrived 10 minutes early for my grooming appointment and was shocked by how I was treated. Instead of a simple hello, I was abruptly told—in a confrontational and unfriendly tone—to leave and come back at my scheduled time. No greeting, no professionalism, just rudeness.
The employee who spoke to me was sitting on the curb outside the business when I arrived. It was clear I had interrupted her break, but that’s no excuse for the tone and attitude I received. Her lack of customer service and basic courtesy was unacceptable.
Vanity Fur is in the service industry, and treating customers this way is completely inappropriate. I was genuinely shocked by the interaction and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and professional service.

I can’t recommend Vanity Fur enough! Julia and the team are fantastic—so communicative, friendly, and accommodating, as well as reasonably priced. They’re passionate about pets and ours pets love them! My dog always comes home soft, clean, and smiling. Once, they went above and beyond when my dog had an issue with a torn nail. They fit us in the same day and at no charge, which I truly appreciated. Neuman got a little gift during his last visit! If you’re lucky enough to snag an appointment, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

I took my fearful cat in for her very first groom and they were wonderful! Everyone is very nice, to both customers and animals. I knew my girl was in good hands. She only needed a nail trim and a sanitary trim, and they said she was perfect. The location is walking distance from multiple local coffee shops, which was very convenient to have a place to hang out while I waited. Highly recommend!

Called on Thursday morning and due to a cancellation they were willing to get my cat in immediately. Service was great! My cat Leo got all his matts taken care of as well as his ears cleaned. Price was incredibly reasonable. Very highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say! We're new to the area and our sweet girl needed a bath and a nail trim after our long move. They were very accommodating with making an appointment for us. She was SO scared but every employee was loving and comforting. I swear she had a little pep in her step on her way home and she looks so good (bandana included!)! We will definitely be back :)

Kristy is literally the only person who can cut my dogs nails, not even the vet can do it. She does it in under 5 minutes and he loves going there. Never want to go anywhere else!!

I took my furry friend to this pet grooming salon, and I'm thrilled with the results! The staff (Sarah) was not only skilled in their grooming techniques but also displayed genuine care and patience with my pet.

Everyone at Vanity Fur is wonderful. We have been going there over a decade and always had excellent service and wonderful grooming. We just lost our 16 year old dog Suki and they sent such a wonderful card. They were a big part of her life every 5 weeks for so many years.

Overall strange experience from the beginning. I left a vm looking to get the mats removed from my cat. I was emailed to set up a time& confirmed Id like the mats removed. Upon arrival I was told they ask ppl to come right at appt time, which I was never told ahead of coming to my first appt. Then the woman asks what I'm looking to have done, I restate the mats removed, the woman said "it'd look weird, it'd be easier to just shave him". So I just agreed.. I go to pick him up&the woman stands in the doorway, as I stand outside in the cold& faces the tablet at me to pay& add tip. After paying she hands me my cat. Once I get home I find a mat around his neck which I then had to cut off with scissors.This experience made me feel very unwelcomed & wonder how they really treated my sweet cat..

Friendly staff, quick service, and they treat my dog well. I take my dog to Vanity Fur about every 3 weeks for a nail trim and anal gland expression.

This business is wonderful! Cori, the owner, took the time to give our foster dog who was in very rough shape a much-needed groom. She was very caring and took the time to get as many details about him as possible and had patience with him when he was nervous and very reactive to the grooming process. Teddy looks like a million bucks and feels so much better now, and as a result of his groom he will get adopted quickly! What a great place!
