Heaven Johnson and the manager Kenisha were amazing ! I was so impressed with their knowledge and their sympathy for my situation. They resolved my issue and went the extra mile to help me ! This should be your go to Verizon store

Victor was phenomenal!!! Super transparent and one of the best sales advisors ever. So kind and supportive, but my wife and I really appreciated how he went above and beyond. Verizon downtown Milwaukee is blessed to have a guy like this. If you are a customer reading this — ask for Victor or you will have a painful experience at this store. He truly is the man and he truly cares. Best customer service and best advice!!!

Kennesha, Vic, and Heaven were absolutely wonderful for my visit and service transfer today. Outstanding customer service, very sociable , and highly committed to their profession as Verizon Wireless Representatives. Kennesha keep your crew in their toes, Vic never give up your musical passion, and Heaven never stop loving your customers or food lol . 😝

I needed an upgrade due to my phone not working to its full capacity. The staff Lindon Victor and Kennesha gave me many options with great deal recommendations. My phone was very old and had issues transferring but the fought to the end and got everything over to the new phone. I give this store a 10/10 great customer service!!!!

Special shoutout to the team at the Third Ward Verizon store! My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones because they were no longer going to receive security updates. I’ll admit, I usually dread getting a new phone since it’s such a hassle to set everything up again.
Heaven and Victor helped us take advantage of a great promotion and provided a ton of helpful information to make sure we chose the right phones and accessories. I thought the protective case I had was still the best on the market, but Victor walked us through what’s new this year and why the updated designs are better. Since our phones had to be ordered, Heaven coordinated everything perfectly and set up a follow-up appointment for us.
When we came back, Landon spent about an hour and a half helping get both of our phones online, cloned, and fully set up. His shift actually ended while we were still working, but he stayed to make sure everything was finished properly (alongside another very kind team member who had just started her shift—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name).
All in all, it was a fantastic team effort from Victor, Heaven, Landon, and the final associate who helped us wrap things up. I’m not someone who enjoys the phone upgrade process, but the Third Ward Verizon team made it smooth and stress-free. We’re now all set up and back to normal life with our new phones—thank you!

I tried to upgrade my phone but it was only an option if I purchased an accessory bundle.
You’re better off going to an actual Verizon store. There aren’t any obligations to purchase unwanted services or accessories there.

Kennesha Brown at the victra store in Milwaukee was single handedly the most helpful customer service representative I’ve ever had in my 23 years of life. I had a problem I’d gone to 2 stores, a 1 hour phone call, and a sales representative named Kevin, and had gotten absolutely nowhere with in 2 weeks. Out of desperation, I went into the store by my house and Kennesha was so helpful. She went above and beyond, it wasn’t even a problem the store was responsible for or could help with, but she walked me through dialing 611, who to ask for, and was incredibly kind and helpful. She even gave me her business card and said “let me know if you need anything else”. I’ve never written a review for anything in my life, but I wrote this one because she was that good. Put her in the Verizon hall of fame along side whoever invented cell towers. Thank you Kennesha!

Dimitri has single handedly restored my faith in the future. He was able to understand my problem, assess it and correct it fairly quickly. He even got me to sign up for Verizon internet, and save me $30 a month from AT&T. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure, they did a fantastic job.

I needed help setting up a new iPhone from my old Samsung. Even though I did not purchase the phone in store, the staff were super friendly and willing to help. Dmitri and Kira were both top notch. 5 star service. Thank you both for helping me and my technically challenged self!

Felt compelled to write this…Had my phone stolen while I was in Milwaukee at summer fest. I frantically searched up a Verizon store close by and Brandon came to the rescue.
I could see he was busy and customers were piling in but he stayed calm cool and collected without rushing me or pushing to be done.
I don’t do many of these but I hope Verizon sees the quality employee they have in him.
