Employee was helpful and kind but GM was very rude and unhelpful. Had a "not my problem" kind of attitude. Tried to upgrade my phone and have never had issues with it until coming to this store. GM definitely looked like he did not want to be there, overheard him with another customer and was very blunt and rude as well. Don't know why they're still in service at this location. Also, they're not an official store just a Verizon distributor. Recommend Oak Creek location.

Ali worked with me and all my hiccups. He was so patient and kind. Even though Ali had to stay longer to help me cause my card wasn’t working he found a way by thinking outside of the box. I appreciate Ali and all his patience. He found us the best deal. He 100% is a kind genuine person and great sales representative.Thank you!

Ali the Assistant General Manager was a great help with my bill issue and was very up front and direct with me. Definitely recommend talking with him at this location.Shannon the General Manager was not a help at all. Acted like he had no power and pushed all issues to “someone above” him. At the time I did not know he was GM so I assumed there was someone else above him to handle this, which never got handled until I met Ali

Attempted to talk to the salesperson about getting a new phone and was basically told I was unable to switch from a Samsung to an IPhone without upgrading my current plan. When I told them that they were wrong and that my other family members were on the same plan and had iPhones, they became quite rude and almost hostile towards me. I took my business elsewhere where....shocker...I was able to switch my phone and remain on my same plan. The entire staff at this location is only interested in trying to scam and milk as much money out of prospective customers as they can. I would never give this store my business and would drive the extra distance to an actual Verizon corporate store.

This store is a scam. They are an indirect service provider for Verizon, so they are reselling Verizon services. That is the reason their service is so slow. It is much more expensive to buy through this store. Avoid at all costs, if you have problems, they can not help you...and will not.Additionally the "free promotions" are much more difficult than you would otherwise think.Just look at their reply to this comment. Verizon doesn't use an @victra email address. Again, avoid this dumpster fire

The manager tried to scam me by saying that the only way I would be able to use my Apple Watch with my phone is if I paid $5 a month for service. I've been using an Apple Watch for almost 10 years and I have never heard of this; you can use it without service as long as it's paired with your phone. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to Best Buy where I ended up getting my Apple Watch there. It's Verizon's loss out of $800 dollars. Verizon corporate needs to teach these employees not to scam customers because we aren't as dumb as they think we are.

The BEST service EVER! I've been to a lot of Verizon stores and this is by far the best service anywhere! We were in town from Chicago and needed some help with my son's iPad. Anton was super nice and knowledgeable about how to fix it. He had it working in 10 minutes! Anton is also a great salesman because my daughter and I left with an awesome new phone and a ton of accessories! The customer service, knowledge and overall experience was the best, hands down! Chicago locations can learn a thing or two from this fantastic Verizon store! Simply superb!

Anton was our sales associate and he was fantastic!! The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great experience and that’s saying a lot because I usually hate going in to upgrade phones! Not these guys they were very fun and also efficient!

Anton was an absolute pleasure to work with!! He was extremely helpful and understanding with my questions and concerns. When i had a service issue, he re-rated my plan to save me an extra $10 a month and got me a home internet for ONLY $25 a month also. Wow! You can’t beat that price!! All in all, he was the most helpful Verizon employee I’ve ever worked with and deserves all the praise anyone could ask for! Thank you for your help Anton!!!! :)

If you need Verizon help, this is the Verizon to go to. The men that work at the downtown Milwaukee Verizon are the most helpful men I have ever met. Shannon, Thomas, and Anton were all super extremely helpful. They helped me buy my first home internet! Now my apartment has super fast Wi-Fi for all my needs. Thanks again!

Thomas was fantastic! I've never had such a smooth cell phone shopping experience before. He does a great job of customizing the ongoing promotions to your wants or needs. You can just tell by his efficient process that he's been doing this for a very long time. He made sure the phone I wanted was there for me along with all the accessories that I'll need for the new phone. Ended up leaving with the phone I wanted, a new iPad for my dad and a new watch for myself because it was time to upgrade from my old Series 3. All for a very fair price! A huge discount off the phone, a huge discount off the iPad and the Apple Watch for free! I would have never known I could get all this for this good of a deal until I met with him. Just a very quick and easy process through and through! Keep up the great work, Thomas! I will recommend him and this store to anyone!

Aton the Verizon worker at Third Ward and Franklin should not be working in any location. Me and my family decided to switch to Verizon and we were attended by him. He took advantage of my parents and persuaded them to buy a cheap liquid-turned-screen protector for $90. At that time, we were not all present so we had to wait two days to receive my and my sisters' phones. 2 days later, we show up to the third ward location and he wasn’t there. He had previously told us he would be and had called him 4 times without an answer. Very disappointed that he took advantage of my parents not knowing much about phones. He scammed us by selling us $90 screen protectors, did not communicate with our family efficiently, and overall made us waste time and money. I forgot to mention that he also sold us a charger box which turned out to not be an Apple product. Very disappointed and sad about my experience with Verizon.

Without any sugar-coating and just a warning for others, this place will find ways to manipulate their way into getting unnecessary money from you. This goes out for those who plan on switching to Verizon to begin with, although this review might not suit every other Verizon location, the Third Ward location recently scammed a family of not only their money, but their time. In specific, Aton, fellow employee of this location, set up a better example for the company instead of wasting time and pulling in more money from customers. Ironically enough, if not thought about before, this loses the trust of customers ultimately resulting in a decrease in sales, even if it's small, as well as the possibility of getting fired. Do better.

Anton was so so helpful during my visit! He went above and beyond and sat on the phone with customer service with me for over an hour. I walked out with all problems solved and a brand new phone. He was a tremendous help and I definitely recommend going to see him for all your needs.
