VICI Capilli - VICI Park Salon & Spa provides a mixed experience. Some customers enjoy the excellent stylists and the relaxing cafe atmosphere, while others have faced unprofessional leadership that can make clients uncomfortable. Those with curly hair have sometimes experienced services not being done correctly. Despite this, the salon is praised for its specialties, such as facial treatments that leave skin clean and smooth, and hairstyling services capable of handling even difficult hair types. The salon offers great value, with a mani pedi at the school described as amazing and a great deal, although some wish they could do gel nails and cut nails. Customers often feel pampered and leave looking and feeling fantastic without spending too much money. Highlights and haircuts are consistently praised, especially when done by talented stylists like Kait, who is highly recommended. Blanca is also recognized for her exceptional customer service and skill, making clients feel special with the best haircut they've ever had. Additionally, the spa services receive high marks. A facial performed by Alexis, including a 75-minute Dual Exfoliation facial with neck, hands, and arms massage, was described as excellent and very relaxing, leaving skin soft and prompting clients to book future appointments immediately.
Always awesome getting haircuts from the students, very sad that they're closing in October.

My stylist (Marion) was absolutely lovely and did an incredible job coloring my hair 😍 Great prices and atmosphere with a cute little cafe outside. Love this place!!

I taught a Goldwell class and was very impressed with the talent level of the Vici staff. They know and understand color, I'd recommend them highly.
