The worst place to make an appointment. I have an appointment at 4:40 pm I arrived 10 minutes late because the traffic. They said oh sorry you missed your appointment so we can reschedule in one week. Customer service the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies were very helpful. I waited longer then I needed to because they didn't have the right equipment to fix my glasses. The store should have a magnifying glass for the workers in front of the store so the customers don't have to wait so long and you can have happy people. Just my thought!!

Kudos for trying some innovative tele-health solutions to serve more patients faster. Sadly there are still a number of bugs to work out on that front so don’t expect the exam to be any faster or for your appointment to be any more on time.Staff were friendly and generally helpful, although they weren’t able to answer many of my product questions because *apparently* the company firewall even blocks them from getting to their own retail website from front of house. The staff person who assisted me with my order also failed to take any measurements of eye position in my selected frames… so I’m anticipating issues with their first attempt (unless their new battery of tests has a feature I’m unaware of).

The employees did a wonderful job, even though their systems weren't working properly. The person helping me took their time to explain the options and made sure I understood the differences in all the options I did have.

Had a great experience. They were very professional and helpful. The virtual appointment was an pleasing experience. Definitely will be going there for my eye exam.

Unprofessional establishment, shoddy practices. Wrong script, 2 different lenses on same glasses. Waste of time and money.Gave me a stronger script than needed, and when I asked for blue light lens coating the pair they sold me only had it on one lens—I could tell because one had a colored sheen to it and the other didn’t. Felt uncomfortable with my vision wearing the glasses and contacted them for a recheck as I was told I could do that. Was told by the manager that my insurance wouldn’t let me schedule with them til spring, even though my insurance said a recheck would be covered. Called back to schedule and they said they couldn’t til July. At this point I am frustrated and don’t trust them.So I went to the only other eye doctor in the Milwaukee area who takes Medicaid and he confirmed that only one lens had the blue light coating and the script was too high for what my eyes required.I am also not impressed with who they hire. Every time I call or visit the staff seems annoyed to handle patient concerns. My first visit one of the staff members talking to another described something using the word “r*ped” and overall I am uncomfortable in what should be a professional and sensitive medical environment.They do not seem to care about their patient experience or the quality and reliability of their care. I do not recommend this place. If you’re on Medicaid and can travel to Dr. Deibert at Walmart, go to him instead. It’s just ridiculous that poor people should have to deal with such sketchy and inadequate care.

My appointment from start to finish was a pleasure. I am grateful this Visionworks location accepts the state insurance (I wish all locations would.) Hamid, Laura and Isabella all deserve mention for their friendliness and helpfulness in explaining the remote doctor process and the various tests and machines involved. Thank you all for a positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Visionworks. I highly recommend them to everyone needing to complete an eye exam or obtain glasses. They have a wide range of glasses to choose from. I look forward to going again next year.

The staff was awesome! First time I came into this location and I just made it my regular location for eyewear and exams. The visit was virtual but the doctor's on the other end were also awesome, they treated me and my son with respect and it shows that they know what they're talking about. I didn't have an appointment but the general manager was also awesome and was able to find a time for both my son and I to get seen and for that I'm grateful. Their whole staff was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever. I had to reschedule twice due to having no provider available. They were confirming appointments via email when they cancelled them without notifying me causing me to travel to appointment and being told to reschedule. Front desk called wrong number after the first cancellation, never updated from when they entered wrong cell number. Awful service-don’t go there.
