The lady that picked up the call was so rude. The first time I called she hung up. The second time she let it ring for 10 minutes. Once she finally picked up she sounded to miserable. Rude, awful, will never come back.

This is not a good Walgreens to shop,I ain't going to this Walgreens no more, because,The black lady who work in the in the Pharmacy department named Nicole who wears glasses,She is rude, disrespectful and has a bad attitude with customers. The store managers Mr.Jones & Brian and The Pharmacy manager Kong won't fire and terminate her, because of her bad attitude and her rudeness against customers!!! The store managers and store security be taking her side against customers to get customers banned from the store!!! That's why the white store employees be getting transferred to a different Walgreens,Because of the Black customers and the Black employees be rude to good customers!!! This Walgreens don't open 24hrs a day no more.Because,Black Panhandlers be harassing and hassling customers for change and money,They tell you a sob story and a excuse to make you give them money. Don't go to this Walgreens no more!!! Go to a different Walgreens in a White and Hispanic neighborhood. Stay away from this Walgreens on 35th and Wisconsin Avenue,Because,It's not worth going to shop.

If you value your life, I would not got to this Walgreens's. We stopped in after dark on a Friday night and it was all shady characters inside and outside loitering on foot and in their vehicles. Maybe it's different during daylight however at night, you will probably fear for your life.

Want to talk about Implicit Bias! My best friend, a Milwaukee Public School Teacher went to the store tonight for a prescription refill. The Pharmacy Tech told her that they were out of the medication and my friend asked the tech to check another Walgreens for her. Apparently the Tech needed help and she asked the (White) Pharmacist on duty (who is working in a primarily black and brown Community) for help in contacting the other stores, The Pharmacist without looking at my friends profile or asking any questions, took the prescription and said to my friend, "public aid doesn't cover this", by simply looking at the black woman with multiple advanced degrees, he assumed that she had state issued medicaid insurance. Once she and the tech informed the pharmacist that my friend doesn't have medicaid, his next response, instead of apologizing for his sterotypic mistake he went on to say the medication is available over the counter and my friend didn't need a prescription. Nevermind that UHC, teacher's insurance covers the medication, as they had on other occasions. Now, he gets to decide who gets to use their insurance and who should pay out of pocket? There is a term for that, but I won't assume he's a bigot by his actions. I get it..... The neighborhood is surrounded by a diverse crowd but again, primarily black and brown people. The economy had tanked because of the Pandemic and I know that a lot of people needed additional support to survive and get through hard times. But come on....... Have the decency to treat people with common courtesy and respect and not Assume because of the color of their skin that they have medicaid insurance. Perhaps Walgreens needs to "First get the right people on the bus and get the wrong people off". How Offensive! Even the staff looked embarrassed. Walgreens more diversity training is in order.

Went to get a prescription filled and was told it would take 20-30 min to fill it. Unfortunately, they didn't have my medication in stock so they weren't able to fill my prescription for me. That wouldn't have been a problem if they would have told me when they found out they didn't have it. Instead, I waited and waited for close to an hour before asking if they had my medicine ready and I just didn't here it. Then they told me they didn't have the medicine. I asked how long they knew they couldn't fill my prescription and they said they caught it just after I gave it to them. I will not be giving this pharmacy anymore business if they are ok with treating other's time this way.

Love this walgreens. Neat and clean. People are friendly and greet you. Pharmacists dont ignore you and let you know they will be right with you. Most places just ignore you til they are ready to wait on you. Easy to get in and out of for the most part.

Out of all the Walgreens I've ever been to in my life, this has got to be the worse. This is by far the worse in the country. Before I even got out the car in this litter strewn parking lot I noticed a bum standing by the door in the freezing cold and knew what was about to happen. Just as I predicted he asked me for spare change. Next, as most people know you usually get greeted with a welcome to Walgreens but not at this location. The staff spends more time talking to each other than trying to be nice to customers. My cashier, Dominique, was so slow, it was like his arms were like a Three-Toed Sloth. Never ever go to this ghetto Walgreens.
