Walgreens Pharmacy is usually very busy. The pharmacy department is generally pleasant, helpful, and as efficient as possible. Most of the technicians are super friendly, nice, patient, and make time for questions. The pharmacist can be very helpful, going above and beyond to sort out insurance issues and even calling to check on patients. However, there are consistent reports of poor hospitality from some staff members. One pharmacist is described as rude, belittling, and condescending, clearly hating the job. A pharmacy technician was also reported as rude, responding with a head shake and eye roll. While many recommend the store for its friendly and patient techs, customers are advised to beware of the occasional rude and unhelpful behavior from certain pharmacy staff.

PLEASE clean up that dump heap on the south wall of your building. I know for a fact that employees (including management) park right in front of it and none of you do anything about it. I've mentioned it 3 times in as many weeks. All the money we plug into that store and it can't even respect it's neighbors and customers.
