I was just denied my medication by this pharmacy. When I went to my doctor they told me there should be no reason. So I went back to the pharmacy and they told me that I need to go to my doctor to get my script filled... Now I'm back at the pharmacy and have my script filled after a lot of work between calls and being off my meds for 2 days. Now I've came into this pharmacy and the pharmacist himself told me to take my business somewhere else and don't let the door hit me on the way out. This was all caused by a mistake on their part and now I have been kicked out of the local pharmacy near my home.
I would like to add that before even asking me why I said what I said to my doctor that this pharmacist started raising his voice and telling me not to come back. He was surprisingly aggressive. I never even got to explain myself. The lil dude was so red in the face and angry. Meanwhile I simply wanted to stop hallucinating from being off my drugs ...
I wish I could have told him it was his new guy that was very firm that they COULD NOT fill my prescription to begin with.
It's fine I will just be over here hallucinating while you act like you / your new guy didn't mess up... This will lead to you being able to kick me out of your pharmacy like I was a drunk at a bar.

PLEASE clean up that dump heap on the south wall of your building. I know for a fact that employees (including management) park right in front of it and none of you do anything about it. I've mentioned it 3 times in as many weeks. All the money we plug into that store and it can't even respect it's neighbors and customers.

I came here to pick up some Sudafed due to having a cold. The pharmacist was quite pleasant when I asked them if they had Sudafed, but the older tech who checked me out was quite the opposite. I was told I couldn't purchase 2 boxes because "it clearly is against the law to purchase this much". I politely stated that in my previous state of residence, the limit was different and I apologized for my mistake. This was met with an absolutely rude head shake and eye roll. I would recommend this store, but beware of the poor hospitality in the pharmacy.

The pharmacist was very rude when we had an issue with how they decided to read my prescription (even my doctor was confused at how they billed it). So I had to go to another pharmacy to get it corrected (they tried to double bill me and called me a fraud).
The pharmacist (the man with an aggressive attitude) didn't go over anything with me after I picked up part of my prescription. This could have prevented the next problem..
I am new to the process of my new prescription and I went to go use it today and they gave me incompatible components to my testing kit. I paid for them and now I have to wait another day to start using my medication (2 days now I've waited) and hope to God they don't give me a hard time for their mess up.
I am so sick of this place!!! Don't go here!!!

Very poorly run pharmacy. Due to staffing shortage, they can be closed at any given time or day. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to pick up my prescription and there is a sign posted at the door that they are randomly closed without notice. I understand staffing shortages and how bad that can impact work but How can a pharmacy be closed during the hours they are supposed to be open, without notice? It’s an essential business! Because of this, I am without my very time specific medication. This isn’t like oh a restaurant is closed, so you can’t eat here. There is no alternative option if they are closed. They are the one with my prescription! Just like a hospital or clinic can’t close because of short staff the pharmacy shouldn’t be allowed to either. On top of it, they were extremely rude and not helpful.

This is my pharmacy \\u0026 it's usually very busy. No matter how busy it is, the Techs are always friendly, patient \\u0026 makes time for questions. The pharmacist even called me after I had started a new script, to see how I felt!! Nice!

Employees are generally nicer than I would expect, and the pharmacist went above and beyond to help us sort out some insurance issues for us

Is the new norm to sit on the checkout counter and eat food in front of guests checking out? Watching Tik-Toks or texting while guests are paying? Hoodies are the new uniform? I have no idea what happened but it seems like management doesn't value professional service anymore.

Extremely rude older woman rolled her eyes at me and scoffed after trying to pick up a certain prescription. She originally checked it was available and said she would be able to fill it. Then after waiting I came back and she said actually she can't fill it,they're out and its too early. It wasn't. I filled it fine at a different walgreens. Wont be coming back here again. She was absolutely discriminating me for what I was picking up.
