70 minutes to complete a scheduled appointment vaccination. (Time starting when I reached the front of the line, so add in line-waiting time.) Additionally, the Walgreens website scheduling your appointment will have you fill in paperwork to make your trip quicker. DO NOT take time to do this. Because the pharmacy will tell you that you need to fill out the forms again, by hand. And if you make the mistake I did and get two different vaccines you will need to fill out the entire form twice. Plus a separate "suggestive selling" form asking if you have any other possible vaccine needs they can charge your insurance for.

Far and above the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Been coming here for years because of the location and because it's one of the only 24hr pharmacies in the area, but it's not worth it anymore. This location is extremely high-volume and dangerously understaffed, and is a nightmare to deal with. I have been without one of my medications for months at this point due to the incompetence and negligence of this pharmacy, and have finally decided enough is enough. I have reached (and gone beyond) my breaking point. I will never be going back, and I highly urge anyone considering using this pharmacy to go literally anywhere else.

Absolute trash.. I switched pharmacies a long time ago .. but my mom asked me to drop off her prescriptions. So I am in the drive-thru, with 3 cars in front of me.. So after 15 minutes, the 3 vehicles in front of me have been helped, and it's finally my turn. So I pull up, and the clerk slaps up a sign saying the window is \\\"temporarily closed\\\".. She didn't say anything to me.. There wasn't even anyone behind me.. I then had to go park, go inside, and wait behind another line of 4 people, which took an additional 20 minutes.. AFTER I had already waited in line for my turn.. Literally could have just helped me quick.. or at least told me \\\"hey sorry I'm going on break\\\" or something.. other than this trash treatment and waste of my time. Go somewhere else, because they probably won't even have your medication in stock anyway. And they won't call you to let you know either.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The pharmacy was completely useless. We scheduled our booster shots in advance and waited over 20 minutes. The pharmacy techs were rude, and unhelpful.

Terrible ask Lady’s behind pharmacy counter to come help me locate a product for a skin rash they were unwilling to help did not want to come from around the counter to help call for customer service waited 15 minutes nobody came terrible!

I just hate this location everything about it. In the last year it is just to hard for me to come here. I have moved all of my prescriptions to another location 3 miles farther from my house. My wife needed medicine due to complications from her cancer. I have been sitting in the care for over 30 min. If you can you will be much happier going to another location .

The pharmacy does not follow universal standard precautions and they are administering vaccines. Dr. Ali put on gloves, opened the door to the pharmacy (contaminated), dropped the vaccines on the ground (contaminated) and then put them in the container (which is now contaminated), opens the door and calls his first patient back. If you can’t staff the drive through PLEASE don’t advertise you have it then close it during a pandemic in a hot spot. People with autoimmune diseases and people with COVID are depending on staying in their cars and not coming in. Waited for 30 minutes indoors in a line around 9 pm with 10 mostly unmasked and not distanced people who were not expecting to be standing in close quarters with strangers like that. It would be safer for everyone to tell everyone to use the drive through and stand outside.

This store has been our go to for many years. Unfortunately it is going downhill. Pharmacy issues and today the last straw. Placed pick up order at 630 am went at 1000 even though i didnt recieve notice complete. On web site says it will be ready in 30-60 minutes. I was informed by young lady stocking it was never done. I guess night shift decides if they want to fill orders or not. I spoke with manager who probably should be checking orders are completed. He had no answer. I canceled the order. I went to another walgreens to get my items. I realized there they kept my $5 reward money when i canceled order. I called original walgreens 27th and ohio. I was informed i would have to come back. I let them know im recieving cancer treatment whole purpose of ordering and picking it up was to avoid being in public. Im looking to move perscriptions to CVS.
