Pharmacy said they would be right with me 15 mins later I was still sitting there with no update or end in sight. I left as it was starting to waste my time. Find a different pharmacy.

The people at the store are very welcoming and helpful including a woman named Dawn, as the pharmacy goes be careful and I mean very careful the head pharmacist her name is Saja and she is vindictive and will only help you when she wants to, she breaks the rules that Walgreens makes them obey and will give you your script when she wants to, so if your script is due today, she will make some kind of excuse and make you wait much longer than you are suppose to and the store Manager Brian will back her and tell you not to contact corporate if you have any problems! Just trying to tell people to be very cautious of this store's pharmacy!! Good luck

Waited too long. Then they told me they were out of the eye drops I needed. Instead of calling over to the 24 hour location and transferring my Rx for me, they provided me an address with NO phone number and told me to call over there and have the Rx transferred myself. To make matters worse, I happened to be an out-of-towner. Thanks for your help, my friendly neighborhood Walgreens.

I had a frustrating experience at Walgreens on south Howell when the pharmacy technician was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. However, I want to thank Pharmacist Mary at this location for stepping in and fixing the situation. Her professionalism really made a difference, and I truly appreciated her help.

I am very hurt by the comment the casher made to my son who was getting my otc meds with my otc card she made a comment saying may as well use the government money I am elderly and disabled which is why I qualify for this thru my insurance that was uncalled for

After 35 minutes in line waiting with 10 other people one prescription had mistakes with it, despite having received an email confirmation it was ready. The counter person showed the pills to 2 other people while they reprinted paperwork. They are consistently slow and there are always issues of some kind. It would be a service to the community if this is one of the locations they close over other ones.

Unacceptable service. Called to have a prescription filled yesterday was told it would be ready next day at 10 AM. I arrive at 6 PM prescription is still not ready. More than 24 hours to have a prescription filled is negligible.

Very lazy pharmacy , seems to a lot of ppl working there but waiting for break time only. You need more than 15 mins to administer a shot? There’s no waiting ppl in front.

Horrible location. Every-time I come to pick up a prescription, Never ready! I was waiting in line and they told me it's closed and they didn't want to help me. Very disappointed!!! the employees are very rude

They never have prescriptions ready, I do put the blame on Dawn (store manager) because her employees def don’t take there job serious, after asking for a why my prescription Isn’t ready if this was the 3rd time I had stop in to get my medication there answer was “it was to soon” how??? If I’ve been calling and arranging this pick up since 3 days agooooo!!!
