I go to this Walgreens pretty regularly out of convenience. Normally I have a relatively good/fine experience. But today was frustrating. I understand that everyone is short-staffed, and I understand that pharmaceutical work takes time, but if you know you're *really behind* just tell people. Tell somebody that they're waiting 30 or 40 minutes — then if they choose to stay, that's on them. Tell people that you're understaffed and that they may want to reschedule. Just take the time to be straightforward. Apologizing and being told to reschedule after waiting for five minutes is *much less irritating* than waiting for 45, only to have the pharmacist *publicly laugh* and say "Oops I didn't look that up yet" and "Oh, good" when you say you're going to reschedule. For today in particular it was clear that the pharmacist was waiting for the line to go away before they looked up a medical question for us (they had a question, not us). I'm not sure if they realize that held us hostage by taking my husband's vaccination card. *Not only did we have an appointment, but we had all the paperwork pre-completed.* This whole thing should've taken 15 minutes tops.

The pharmacy staff at this location are mean, rude, and yell at customers it is worth the extra few minutes to go to a different one.

Malpractice: This pharmacy switched vaccines and gave my small child an adult-only COVID vaccine booster and then gave my spouse two flu shots, one of which was intended for my child, and the COVID vaccine booster intended for my spouse. I've always been timid about going and getting shots at places like this. Never again. They didn't even apologize. They tried to blame it on "staffing issues" and then blamed my spouse for not noticing.

Pharmacy staff puts you on hold and then hangs up the phone. I understand they are busy but just say call back later or I can’t help you with that. I spent 15 minutes trying to reach them and then 15 minutes on hold for my call to be dropped.

Employee refused to vaccinate our son. We had set a vaccination appointment. His dad and I walked in separately and she rejected us with different reasons.

Girl with the shaggy red hair was probably the best employee at a Walgreens I’ve ever experienced. You’re probably not paying her enough.

I rarely leave reviews unless they're positive, but the pharmacy staff is consistently rude, short, and slow here. Slow I don't mind so much; life happens, I get it--but when I come here every few months just to pick up blood pressure pills and thyroid medication, the staff almost always seem really bothered that they have a job to do. It's *really gross*. I use the pharmacy at my doctor's office when I have an appointment, but that's only a couple times a year. I live just a few blocks from the Walgreens, so I use it out of convenience--we don't have a car...but I think I'm ready to hop a bus just to deal with normal-acting pharmacy staff. Never encountered this issue at any other Walgreens.

I never had an old school “neighborhood pharmacist”, but this is what it must feel like. The main pharmacist here is AMAZING. Literally I filled a script at another Walgreens because of stock availability, and it was $30 MORE. Twice. They said “oh, must be the formulary”. Sure. Stock came back at the KK location and boom, it’s back to the same price it always was. They have the insurance magic hands, and are great with advice, interaction checking, and an occasional joke. Only Walgreens that has ever called me to say “we know you’re waiting on this, just wanted to call and give you an update”. THE BEST. ??

Chuck, the night Pharm was amazing. He dropped whatever he was doing when somebody stepped up. Sadly he retired to Vegas. We miss you Chuck.

I had an appointment for a flu shot. I show up. The woman says they're out of flu shots and says I need to come back later. No apology or anything. No phone call, even though I had an appointment. 1. Customer service is terrible at Walgreens lately. 2. Why are you taking appointments if you're not saving doses for people who have them? I left work, drove, and wasted my entire lunch break for this. 3. IF you run out, why am I not being contacted?

Staff is always friendly at this Walgreens and they filled my prescriptions very quickly. I know that some Walgreens locations sell alcohol but just want to note that this one does not. They have pretty much everything else you could need and the store is clean and organized.

Their pharmacy services are extremely slow and backed up! If you call for a refill it takes them 2 hours to fill! They’re closed for lunch for a 1/2 hr everyday, that should give them the energy to work in the busy pharmacy area!!!

I go this Walgreens regularly since it's a quick stop for things by my house. Staff are friendly and the place is organized but there is no mask requirements at all. My last visit had 3 customers with no masks at all on, not even trying or caring at all about the pandemic we're all in. Kinda of a joke or have a mask required sign on the door when no one does anything to enforce it. I've also seen a pharmacy staff member walk around with the store with no mask either, like come on.
