You did wonderfully my first 2 prescriptions that went through you. What went wrong?.
I wasn't going to do a review about the shoddiness with my latest prescription, not until I realized you lied to my Doctors clinic and blamed me for the delay!!.
You waited until 2 days before my appointment (to have the injection administered) to tell me theres a co pay. A co pay I never paid the last two times, so I had no idea!
This even after I spoke with the Pharmacist 5 days ago to go through things and was told you were sending it that day. Why wasn't a co pay mentioned then?
I knew there could be a delay after this but now I'm told by the clinic you don't even have it in stock! Why when I called back and paid the co pay wasn't that told to me either?!.
The Nurse was under the impression it was my fault because I couldn't pay the co pay. No! Noooo! Thats what you guys told them, to pass the buck onto me!
It wasn't my fault atall! I asked for an hour to get the card information from my husband. How on earth would that be the reason you're out of stock and it's going to be a week late?!
Someone lied and blamed me. It's ridiculous.
You admitted wrong doing to me, even said you'll find out where it went wrong and would be speaking with other employees. You also left me a voicemail requesting I call back so it could be explained to me what went wrong.
When I call back nothing was mentioned past paying the co pay.. and then you blame me to the clinic!
Unreal.
Healthcare professionals should always own up to their screw ups, and apologize. Not blame the patient and customer for a delay in medication that you have a whole month to fulfill!

Been trying to get ahold of them for days but their phone tree is not working and I’m not able to leave a message and no one picks up. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible..

Dissatisfying Experience at Walgreens PharmacyDear Walgreens Customer Service,I hope this message reaches you well. I am writing to express my frustration with the recent service I have received at the Walgreens pharmacy, and I believe it is crucial to bring these concerns to your attention. Before the transition to Walgreens, I had been a content customer at the pharmacy that previously occupied the same location. The transition, however, has not been smooth, and I have encountered several issues. On multiple occasions, I have faced challenges such as medications not being readily available and a lack of call reminders for prescription refills. These issues have significantly impacted my ability to maintain a consistent medication schedule, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience.I would like to commend the exceptional service I received at the previous pharmacy now relocated at 1311 N 6th St, Milwaukee, WI 53212. The staff there consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for their customers, providing a level of care that I have not experienced at Walgreens.A particular concern for me is the policy regarding state IDs. While I am unable to renew my state ID due to circumstances beyond my control, it is disheartening to find that Walgreens does not accept my valid consulate ID, which is recognized across various institutions except at Walgreens. After more than two decades of receiving my medications without issue, I find it regrettable that I am now contemplating returning to the previous pharmacy where my needs were adequately met.I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism to enhance the overall customer experience at Walgreens. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The service here is out of this world phenomenal. It's like stepping back in time. Not only are all the staff very knowledgeable, but they are helpful beyond belief. I had a gout attack and was having trouble making it in. They sent a courier at no charge to deliver my prescription. Highly recommended!

This is Walgreens local specialty pharmacy. If you need specialty medications they are my favorite! The customer service here is top notch! If you need medications but they're not specialty well that's cool too. They'll want to help you just the same. They can process your medications and send them to your neighborhood Walgreens. But, if you choose to pick up here in person it's never busy so isn't a long wait. Why isn't it busy? Many of their prescription orders are shipped to customers, however I think that this is limited to specialty medication customers. And shipped for free too! Because when I go to my neighborhood Walgreens in the afternoon I assume that they'll be quiet. Nope. That's senior citizen happy hour. It's like lunch at the OCB, Walgreens and then back home for a nap. That neighborhood Walgreens is always buzzing! If they don't have your medication in stock they'll order it for you and have it in stock within 1-2 days. And because they have a small of customers in their physical store they have more time to spend on customer service. Impeccable customer service. You won't be sitting on hold listening to that sad phone jingle here.

Community Pharmacy has helped me SO much, as I write about in sharing "my journey with back pain": heart-head-hands .com/2018/02/08/my-journey-with-back-pain/ ... I particularly like Community Pharmacy's homeopathic blend “Injury,†and they ship across the United States. Community Pharmacy also has knowledgeable staff who can make recommendations for other integrative therapies, and they make customized flower essence blends, which can be combined with homeopathy.

This is a specialty pharmacy. If you are looking for a regular pharmacy there is a Walgreens pharmacy 2 blocks over in the mall on Wisconsin Ave. This specialty pharmacy helps patients with complex health conditions and mails out the majority of the medication. They also help patients with copay assistance for their expensive complex health conditions like cancer, HIV, MS, Hepatitis, Transplant and more.
