Pharmacists were very friendly and helpful. Took less than 10 minutes to get prescription filled.

Seems like the pharmacy is closed multiple days a week.

They had the exact replacement for my razor. Problem is, it was behind glass in a locked case and you had to press a button for service. There was a long line and only one person working in the entire store. So I left and found my item online from a different company. End of story.

They lock the drink coolers. I would rather drink curbside puddle water than deal with that bullshit.

They never have the medication ready

Nikki in the pharmacy was very helpful. Assisted by her manager when the 16th St location was closed due to an emergency; the two went above and beyond to have a delivery Rx cancelled and sent to a more convenient location. I’m grateful for them going the extra mile without having me to jump through unnecessary hoops to care for my loved one. They filled the order at their location and the manager drove the Rx to the location that was convenient for me. Thank you both for your assistance and courtesy.

This store is short staffed which isn't the staff's fault but what is their fault is the awful rude attitude they have, a large black woman is vile. I pressed the button to collect my online order, it made an announcement a couple of times so I looked to see if anyone is coming and this slug of a woman was slinking slowly down the aisle, she barked at me "I'm coming, what do you want" I said "to collect my online order that why I pressed the button" she was so rude.
A few days ago I collected an order and a lovely polite guy came along called Myles, I heard him on the phone after saying that someone needed to be told to do their job as she wasn't and was never there. Again after the slug lady appeared Myles did too, he was asking her what was with her attitude and she gave him a load of it too.
In summary, fire all the lazy attitude filled staff and let Myles run the store. He has a positive work attitude, smiles, has customer service skills and will do well unlike the rest.

I had a prescription sent to this Walgreens pharmacy on Monday. Pending approval of the pharmacist, it was scheduled to be filled on Tuesday. Not thinking to check back on Wednesday, it wasn’t until I checked the Walgreens app on Thursday that I saw not only the prescription order was removed from my account, but that Walgreens pharmacy became temporarily closed and I was not notified of any delay in my prescription. Disappointed that there wasn’t any notification of some kind, resulting in a delay in my care.

5 stars for Myra, she is always so helpful! It’s a good Walgreens for basics if you have to pick up something quickly.

By far the worst Walgreens I have ever been at. The employees are rude and disinterested in assisting customers. They have many of their products locked up to prevent theft, but it takes forever to get an employee to unlock the products. I had two different people tell me they would meet me there to unlock it and the first one never showed up after 6 minutes and so I asked the second one and then they never showed up after 3 minutes and I finally just left. They also have a check out at both the Wisconsin avenue entrance and the mall entrance. Very rarely can you find someone to check you out at the mall entrance and you have to go to the Wisconsin Avenue entrance, check out and then walk back through the store to get to the mall. If they do help you at the mall entrance they act as if they did you the biggest favor by allowing you to be able to purchase something from their store at their checkout. How these employees keep their jobs is beyond me. I work in this building and while the location is very convenient, I try to avoid going there if I can at all prevent it.
