Going on 3 days to get a simple antibiotic filled! They don't call when ready most of the time. I will NEVER have a prescription called here again! Such lousy, lazy medical/pharmacy/health care.

Sam at check out if the absolute best. I encountered at least 2 other customers while checking out who knew him by name, and one even mentioned he sometimes goes there just to say hi to him.
He's the only reason why I'm even leaving a review. Sam, you have a light in you that puts a smile on people's faces, even in just a short and seemingly insignificant interaction. Keep shining.

Walgreens lets pan handlers and protesters squat in front of the entrance. I get asked for money or catcalled every time I walk past it. One time, I witnessed a man being revived from an overdose by paramedics on the floor.

Always a decent experience. They finally have enough staff during the busy times late afternoon dinner hour, etc. The pharmacy is very efficient with multiple people frequently working if the line gets locked. The pharmacy closes at 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. They do take a break from 1:30 to 2:00 every afternoon including weekends.

I love the techs here so much. All of them go the extra mile and are so kind! I've witnessed them handle some crazy situations and mean customers, and they have been super impressive. Shout out to Max for always helping me with my crazy prescription/insurance issues!

Had a prescription to pick up that on the app said would be held until July 3. Went to pick up today, July 2, and they said they didn’t have it so I look at the app and it was canceled. I didn’t cancel it nor did I get a phone call or notification that it was cancelled. This prescription I also had to get a new prescription for from my doctor because someone at this Walgreens lost my physical script that I had given to them and had put on file.

There are throngs of homeless that hang out at the front door that harass you for money going in and out. It's also super busy at all hours of the day, and the staff is either too busy helping others or unhelpful.

Walked in security guard immediately singled me out while im buying dog food milk and looking at chips. Guy starts harassing me for taking to long deciding what chips i want. What kind of business do you run where you get harassed for shopping.

Absolute WORST Walgreens in Milwaukee! The pharmacy manager should be fired! They never have your prescription, always on back order, they want to give you have your prescription and wants you to pick up the rest! It’s absolutely rediculous! And it’s every single time you go! Sad sad fn sad!

Called yesterday to make sure the medication I get from you was ready. I even came in the store. I was told it would be ready this morning. It's now the evening. Guess what isn't ready. Don't go here for your Rx. There's a good chance they'll accidentally unalive you
Can you properly staff the pharmacy and do something about the homeless encampments that are always there? Just kidding. I know you won't. The CVS across the street is much better

Pharmacy leaves you on hold for long periods of time and doesn't provide helpful advice or guidance if they are out of your prescription. Avoid.

Very unprofessional staff. Cashiers were yelling to each other about inside jokes across the registers while I was waiting to be helped. Wouldn’t return.
