TERRIBLE!!!! The pharmacy sends a text to say “Good news the pharmacy is reopened”. Only to go there after work and it’s closed. They’ve had my prescription for over a week. The pharmacy associates were there but says they can’t do anything because “JAKE” isn’t there. (Don’t know if that’s his real name or another LIE told) Are you serious!!! This has happened multiple times. I’ve went there multiple times and called to get my prescriptions transferred to another Walgreens but of course it can’t be done unless “JAKE” is there!!!

If I was to write exactly how this pharmacy operates I what I think about this pharmacy they would have to censored my comments but Walgreens can be assured that this is going to be my very last prescription ever filed and to the rest of the Walgreens you all need to be out of business

The store manager personally delivered my son’s prescription while he was at work - even though my son missed the deadline for same day delivery. He went above and beyond - thank you!

Felt like wandering into the ninth circle of hell. Was persecuted by demons, floor uneven as if it would open and swallow me whole, filth permeates all aspects and shelving

Worse service ever. Pharmacy Tech with the Dahmer glasses needs to work at a morgue or something customer service isn’t his thing. The manager tried to downplay it. Totally unacceptable.

BAD SERVICE, BASIC MEDS NOT IN STOCK. I just had a telehealth appointment for food poisoning and been prescribed antibiotics. I went into the pharmacy just after they opened and the rude brunette male at the counter told me it would take 1 1/2 hours to fill a prescription. I called 2 hours later to be told that the antibiotic is ‘an essential medication’ and won’t be in until tomorrow because they are coming from Chicago. I asked if there was another pharmacy that had it in stock and they swiftly told me no, it’s coming from Chicago. No suggestions for alternative (generics) or that I might want to try another pharmacy… just another reason to dislike visiting in this city for work. The inside of the store is unkempt and the staff was rude and didn’t speak clearly or respectfully to me as a customer.

Pharmacist at this location is easily frustrated when asked basic questions related to prescription refills etc. Have never been treated with respect at this location and recommend the pharmacist learns that interacting with customers is a large part of the job description.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They have absolutely no customer service and couldn’t care less about helping customers. I have used many pharmacies and have never experienced people like this. They will tell you your medication will be ready and then it won’t. The employees don’t know how to check the computer and tell you the correct information. When they mess up they don’t even apologize and coming from a nursing student that’s how you’re supposed to handle customers and patients.

The pharmacy manager is rude and disrespectful. He becomes confrontational when people ask questions he doesn’t want to hear and gets upset instead of answering questions. Felt super disappointed and disrespected after my visit, wouldn’t recommend this location for your pharmacy needs

I had a prescription transferred here for a family member. It was a process, and after dealing with a person working in the pharmacy over the phone, a complete waste of time. My family member is a student in Milwaukee, he had one negative experience picking up a prescription here, and I spoke to the same super unhelpful person on the phone.

The pharmacists and techs at this Walgreens truly hate their lives and their jobs. They look, sound, and act angry and annoyed all of the time. I can't imagine being THAT miserable. The amount of interpersonal, communication, and customer skills that this pharmacy team has couldn't save a mouse if their lives depended on it. The customer service you get from this pharmacy team is equivalent to the DMV . Honestly, if you are that miserable, just quit. Your mental health is more important than coming to sh*tty job and treating customers sh*tty because you hate your life and your job. When you come to the pharmacy counter, be ready to just give them your name and DOB. Don't ask any questions about when, where, and how to take your meds. Don't look at them. Get your meds and get ready to get out of their faces. That's how it is like picking up your meds here. Get ready to be as miserable as the pharmacist and techs. Lol

The staff at this pharmacy are so unprofessional that in my opinion as a graduate of Dartmouth College and Vanderbilt law School and a former law professor they are probably habitually negligent. If you have trouble with this store I would contact a lawyer immediately. I am pretty sure you'd be able to prove a pattern and practice of gross negligence. At this point in my opinion Walgreens is being negligent by not terminating or retaining the entire staff of this pharmacy. (The regular non pharmacy staff is fine.)Matthew Koch JD MA MTS
